Chanyeol looked at the sleeping guy who was in front of him, admiring his face. He can't help but to caress Baekhyun's face with his hand. Trailing off warmth throughout Baekhyun's face. Cheeks... so smooth. Brows... knitted. Nose... perfect. Lips... soft, red and...
He jolted back, he haven't realized that he was already very near the guy. He was about to kiss him and he didn't know why but he suddenly felt like he shouldn't. Not when he's still vulnerable. He sighed and just went back to stare at the guy. For now, he'll just have to settle with this.
He heard a sudden hum in the latter's mouth. "Chanyeol?" Baekhyun opened his eyes, only to see the giant. He suddenly realized the situation he was on, right now. Him, hugging Chanyeol and Chanyeol hugging him back. They were snuggling together and instead that Baekhyun should move out, he only snuggled closer to the guy.
Chanyeol chuckled at his action and just caressed Baekhyun's back. Baekhyun is vulnerable if he's not facing the people around, but when he is, he has this face that leaves them intimidated at him. He's fragile and very precious.
"Can I ask something, Chanyeol?" Baekhyun uttered, still snuggling comfortably at the guy.
Chanyeol can only nod but he was stupid for doing that because Baekhyun can't see him. "Yeah. Sure," he replied.
"Where's your parents?" Baekhyun blurted out his question. He hoped his parents didn't die or what, because he didn't know what to act by then.
"My parents are in Japan. They're doing their business there," Chanyeol answered his question. The latter was relieved that his parents didn't die but he still had something that's bothering him, "Why are you here in Seoul, anyway? You could live your life in Japan, and it would be nicer there because, well, your parents are there."
Chanyeol heaved a sigh as he pulled Baekhyun from snuggling him. Baekhyun could only look at the guy's eyes. "My parents and I aren't in a good terms. Well, you see-," the guy said but Baekhyun cut him off, "You don't have to tell me, though. Some things are better kept."
Chanyeol shook his head, "It's just fine, really," he paused and Baekhyun nodded, this was his cue to continue, "My parents wanted me to be arranged in someone. Because... well, that's how business works for us," he shrugged a bit, "But I really don't like their idea of arranged marriage for business."
Baekhyun nodded, though Chanyeol was still not finished. "So... you became a rebel and then set your life here in Seoul, away from your family. I get it all," Baekhyun said, thinking he already know what happened, but the giant cut him off, "That's not it. I told them I need time to think about it and they agreed with that. I also told them I wanted to stay in Seoul and be independent, which they thought was a great idea. See? That's what happened."
Baekhyun rolled his eyes, "Where's the 'my parents and I are not in good terms' huh? It looks like your parents are even supporting you in being independent?!" Baekhyun mimicked what Chanyeol did earlier, making the giant scoff, "I think we're not in good terms because we haven't been talking for a while."
Baekhyun 'oohed'. "Okay, that seems clearer," he paused for a while before he stated, "But you know, Japan's a nice place. I've always wanted to go in there. I'm even learning how to speak their language."
Chanyeol scowled at him, "Nothing's really nice in there. Seoul's nicer because you're here."
Baekhyun rolled his eyes, "So, you're saying that if I'm in Japan, then it would be nice there too? Well, Africa's going to be nice if I'm there, too, right?" He was being sarcastic and knowing that he had already reached Africa.
Chanyeol laughed, "Maybe."
Baekhyun shrugged and started again, "So, how about my clothes? Did you dry them off?"
