Chapter 25

Riker's POV

I woke up and I was in Amanda's room with her in my arms asleep.
I felt so bad about what happened I know she forgave me but I want to make it up to her I want to do something special for her, really make her happy.

I left a note next to her bed to meet me at the beach pier at 7:00 pm it was 2:00 pm now so we have 5 hours until tonight

Amanda's POV

I saw riker's note. it was now 6:00 so I decided to get ready. I have no idea where we're going or what we're doing. but it's a nice surprise I mean the pier? I love the pier! And he knows it too.

It was almost 7 so I got in the car and drove to the pier I got out and looked around and didn't see riker. I started to walk along the beach until I heard a voice

"Amanda! Up here!"

I turned around and there was riker yelling down from the top of the pier he came down and met me underneath the pier

"Hey" he said pecking me on the lips

"Hey. so what are we doing?"

"You wanna find out?" He asked, I nodded

He took my hand and got me to the top of the steps and covered my eyes

"Ok keep walking until I stay stop"

"Okay" I said giggling

I kept walking until riker said stop

"I know you've always wanted to do something like this, so your wish was my command" he said

"Riker wha-" he uncovered my eyes

There was a table with a light blue silk table cloth with rose petals on the ground and candles on the table there was a single rose in my place and there was my favorite dinner fettuccini alfredo.

"Oh my gosh riker this, this is so amazing thank you, I love you so much!" I said hugging and kissing him

"I'm glad you like it" he said giggling

"I like anything you do for me." I said smiling

He took my hand and sat me down at the place with the rose next to the plate, and we started to eat while the sun was setting.

Finally we took a walk on the beach underneath the moon and played with the night crabs until we both got tired and he walked me back to my car

"Rike?"

"Yea?"

"Thank you" I said kissing him

"For what?" He asked

"For going through all this trouble to do this. remembering I love this stuff making my favorite dinner Which was delicious, the rose, the sunset, everything was perfect, it must've been so hard" he kissed my forehead

"It was no trouble babe, it was for you, and spoiler Rydel helped me make your dinner"

I chuckled.

We got in our cars and drove home, and when I got inside I immediately passed out on my bed.
