(Pictures of Rica, Trinity, and Fredrick (In order) in their human form. I again do not own any of the pictures in this story.)

Corrina's POV

"Is he gone?" I swiftly turned around and saw Rica standing on her back paws. "Yea. If you want to transform that bad then go ahead." I told her. "No need to tell me twice." Rica yelped and a thick puff of smoke surrounded her. The smoke grew and an eighteen year old with bright, red hair stepped out. "I want something to eat! Make me somethin'?" The girl asked. I rolled my eyes. "Fine Rica. I'll make you a salad." "Yes!" Rica leaped and her black hood covering her little white and red striped ears popped out. "All right..." I said and pinched the bridge of my nose. Rica bounded after me as I walked back to my home. "Since I saw the smoke from Rica's transformation I can assume that the boy is officially gone?" I looked up at the roof where Trinity was jumping down from, long black hair flowing behind her.

As i was making the salad for everyone, Trinity was scolding me about letting someone see my mark. "I told you to grow your hair out long so this wouldn't happen. You know the consequences of our secret getting out. There are only four of us here. What do you think we'll do if you get found out after your Ceremony Bestia!" "I get it Trinity!" I yelled, clenching the plastic tongs and splitting them in half from my grip. I rarely raised my voice. I threw the tongs onto the floor and ran to my room. Though it was only up the stairs and down the hall I was panting slightly. I hated that my lungs were so weak. It wasn't my fault that is had this friggen crap of a curse!

My parents shunned me to another country because they couldn't stand the sight of me after my sister died and my mark appeared on my body. It was always there but the marks never showed up until you were older. I flopped onto my black sheets and held a hand over my eyes as i stared at the ceiling. There's something weird about Oliver. I really hope that the class trip goes over smoothly. I'll have to be extra careful to stay out of the beach activities.

Even if Oliver or the teachers drag you into them?

I shot up and looked around my room desperately trying to find the cause of the strange voice.

I'm in your head stupid! God, can't you figure anything out?!

Who are you?

I'm you stupid! Can't remember that I'm inside your fricken' mind!

Why can I suddenly hear you know then?

Don't be thinking that your going to hear me again. You can properly meet me when you have your Ceremony Beastia. Catch you later!

Wait! What?! I'M SO CONFUSED!

"Corrina? Hey can I talk to you?" It was Trinity. "Yea, come in." I replied. In moments I was tackled onto my bed by a crying Trinity. "I'm sorry Corrina! It's just that I'm so worried about your Ceremony that i totally lost sight of being a good friend... Can you find it in your heart to forgive me!" Trinity bawled into my side. I smiled and stroked her silky long hair. "Of course I can." Trinity looked up at me with wide purplish-gray eyes and then swung her arms around my neck and hugged me. I hugged her back and we stayed there for about a minute until someone knocked on the door. We sat up and separated, only to see Fredrick standing in the door frame.

. . .

I flopped on my bed once again at around midnight and looked out my window at the star-filled night sky. It had taken me about an hour to get three girls looking for Oliver off my property and three hours to do my homework. I was swamped with dinner, even though Fredrick helped me. I sat up in bed and crawled under my black covers and set my head on my matching pillow. I closed my eyes and fell asleep with nothing more than a smirking image of Oliver in my mind.
