(Picture of what Oliver's mark looks like on his right shoulder- should be a dark red color though! Use your imagination!)

Oliver's POV

My eyes opened drearily at the sound of an unfamiliar alarm clock ringing. My eyes widened but quickly softened when I saw Corrina sleeping soundly in front of me. Our foreheads were touching and our hands had intertwined in the night. My mind felt so clear when I was around her. I never felt like this when I was around Phoenix! My thoughts drifted off to last night, when I told Corrina that I liked her like she liked me. I loved her cute personality and that she was marked as well! What could have been the odds that we'd find each other and live with the same curse. I slowly crawled away from Corrina, trying my best not to wake her up. I silenced the alarm clock and quietly got dressed. "You're going to explain to me what you did to her!" My head snapped up to see an angry Trinity standing in the doorway with a frying pan in hand.

"Now Trinity... Corrina was under the covers while I was on top-" "You were on TOP OF HER!" Trinity interjected with a yell. "What's going on?" Trinity and I looked over at the waking Corrina as she rubbed her eyes. "What?" She asked innocently. "Why was he in the same bed as you?" Trinity growled at Corrina. The blonde jumped out of bed and tackled me to the floor with a thud. "He was over the covers, while I was under them. No harm, no foul." She said brightly. "Some harm actually." I told her. She was lying on my back, her arms wrapping around my neck in a half hug. "Fine..." Trinity grumbled and left the doorway and went down the hall. As her footsteps grew faint I looked up at Corrina.

She looked down at me with a closed eyed smile. "Get out." She told me brightly. "Huh?" I asked confused. She was defending me one minute for staying in the same room as her and now she was kicking me out? "I need to get dressed for school and your already done. Now get a move on!" She said playfully and gently hit me on the back of my head. A smirk appeared on my face. "Last time I checked, you were on top of me." Corrina instantly blushed as I started getting up. She was extremely light and dainty. I stretched my arms out and made myself a tall, slanted seat to the blonde. She slightly jumped off my back and grabbed her stomach and started falling backwards. In a swift motion I dropped to the floor and slid behind her. She fell into my chest and I cuddled her into me.

"I'm sorry this happened to you because of me." I told her. "Hana's the one was the crazy obsession. Not you." She replied back. She looked up at me and I looked down at her. I wanted to kiss her so bad! I restrained myself the best I could, but couldn't resist giving her a light peck on her forehead. "Thanks."She told me with her cheeks bright red. "Time for me to get out so you can change." I said, hoisting the thin girl to her feet and then getting up myself. "OK. I'll meet you downstairs." "OK."I replied and walked out of the room, book bag in hand and slung over my shoulder. I walked down the hall and stairs and heard voices in the living room. I leaned against the wall and listened as Rica, Trinity, and Fredrick were having a hushed conversation. "Her birthday is over the class trip. We can't let her go!" "Quiet down Rica. We don't want her to hear us." Fredrick told the strangely loud red head. I quietly went up the stairs and then lazily went them, making a long yawning noise to alert the trio I was coming.

I entered the living room and saw Rica charging up to me, fire in her red eyes. "You were in Corrina's bed?! Tell me I'm hearing this wrong." Rica seethed and I swear almost spit in my face. I might have been about five inches taller than the girl, but she still intimidated me. "I did nothing but hold her hand. That's it." I told her, holding up my hands in an 'I surrender' pose. "It's fine Rica. He's telling the truth." I turned around to see my favorite blonde walking towards us. Rica growled but huffed a sigh and stalked over to the window. With a small salute, she opened the window and jumped out. "Come on. We better get to school early." Corrina told me as she tugged on my white shirt sleeve. "Bye Trinity and Fredrick. I'll be home at around three thirty-ish!" Corrina called out as she and I walked out the house door and down her front steps.

We walked side by side until we reached the front gate where Corrina punched in another four numbered code and the door clicked open. When we reached the sidewalk outside, I felt Corrina's hand grazing mine. I smiled down at her and she smiled up at me. I linked my long fingers into her thin short ones and we walked like that the whole way to school. The blonde seemed so much brighter now that I was at her side. She looked so cute when she was always smiling.
