Y/n's POV

It was already 3:04pm, and I had just finished cleaning and organizing my room. I sighed and wiped off a few sweats from my forehead as I sat on my bed, feeling tired of all the chores.

I did everything hoping to at least ease my mind yet it did not help me at all. It was all Camilo from the morning until now. I stared at my open window, watching the thin curtains sway along with the wind. Remembering the note he gave me, I can't help but smile.

He's too precious for this world.

Even for me.

I walked towards the window and looked down at the ground. Placing my chin on my hand, thinking of where could've slept. In the bushes? or maybe up on that tree? my mind was full of questions.

I breathe in the fresh air from outside, letting the cold breeze hit my face. "That's it." I whispered to myself. I couldn't bare seeing him cry or hurt anymore, that was it. I'm going to Camilo.

I took a quick shower and changed my clothes before going downstairs into the dining area where I saw Cleo with Isabela. Haven't seen these two for a while. Wonder where they could've been.

"What's up, hermana?" Cleo greets with a smile.

"Are you okay y/n? you seem to be in a hurry." Isabela asked with a worried face.

I simply smiled. "I'm good, just need to find Camilo. Do you know where he is at the moment?" they both exchanged glances and smiled.

"He's in his room I think. I actually didn't see him around the town. Must be on a rest day or something." Isabela answers. I thanked the couple before walking out of the house. At the same time I stumbled upon Ines.

She approaches me and then stopped right in front of me, looking down while fidgeting her fingers. "Y/n, not to waste your time or anything. I just wanna say sorry, for everything. For treating you badly and being a brat."

I sighed and smile as I pulled her for a hug. She didn't budge for a moment but then soon hugged me back. "It's okay, you're forgiven."

"I'm really sorry for everything, I--I've been an awful stepsister to you." she says in between her sobs. I caressed her back to hush her down. "My jealousy took over me and I realized what I did was wrong. I just feel left out from the family."

"Shh, you don't have to cry. I understand." she broke the hug and wipes off her tears that was dripping from her eyes. "Blood related or not, you're still my sister."

"Thanks, for accepting me." she smiled, a genuine smile. I pat her shoulder and melted into a smile. "I'm sorry, for being emotional, but uhm, do you need to go somewhere?" she asks and that made me remember.

"Oh, yeah, right. Almost forgot about that." I chuckled.

"Well then, take care."

"Hmm," I hummed and nodded before we exchanged paths. I walked my way to La Casa Madrigal. As expected, the front door opened widely and then I saw Pepa talking to Julieta while munching some food on her mouth. Must be testing the food.

"Y/n!" they ran to me when they saw me approaching their direction. I greeted them back with a smile and wave my hand. "You here for Camilo?" I heard Dolores asking from behind me. I turned around and nodded my head.

"Is he in his room?" I asked.

She shook her head and pointed outside. "He left earlier, said he just want to breath in some fresh air." I nod my head and sighed. I felt her hand on my shoulder. "Don't worry, he's just around the Encanto." she smiled.
