Chapter 15

Alex's POV

So Aphmau and Aaron had started a YouTube channel for a while and asked if me and Lucinda would like to show how we do our magic. They wanted us to craft a couple of runes and brew some potions while they recorded. We agreed since we didn't have much to do. "Okay, you two, we want to start with Alex and craft some runes, then we can have Lucinda brew some potions." Aphmau explained. We nodded and started gathering things to make the video. After we gathered what we needed, we headed over to Aphmau and Aaron's house. They set up a recording area in their garage that we could use. "Alright, are you two ready to record?" Aphmau asked. I nodded along with Lucinda. Aphmau started recording before introducing me and Lucinda. I showed how I craft runes and what I use them on. I also explained the magic and how I learned the skills I knew. After that, Aphmau paused the recording and let us take a break from recording.

"That was great." Aaron said. We ate some lunch before Lucinda started to get her brewing outfit on. "Maybe you should explain what those clothes are in the video." Aphmau suggested.

"You're right, I will." Lucinda said. Lucinda started getting her ingredients together before we went back out to the garage. Me and Lucinda set up her cauldron before setting an extra table next to it so she could use them easily. "You ready?" I asked. Lucinda nodded before I gave her a kiss on the cheek. "I'm sure you'll do great." I said. After that, I stepped back behind the camera and waited for Aphmau to start recording. Aphmau introduced herself again before introducing Lucinda. Once introductions were over, Lucinda started the video by explaining what she was wearing and why she was wearing it. She eventually started brewing the potion, explaining what she was doing the entire time. She eventually finished the potion and displayed the final product. "Shouldn't you test the product before displaying it?" Aphmau asked.

"You're right. Alex, would you mind trying it with me?" Lucinda asked. I sighed and walked over next to her before she threw the potion at our feet. A huge cloud of smoke appeared around us before everything looked bigger. "Oh my gosh, Aaron, cut the camera." Aphmau said. I heard the beep from the camera before Aphmau came over and looked down at us. "You two look so cute!" Aphmau said. I looked over and saw Lucinda, but she looked like a kid. "Lucinda?" I asked. My voice sounded different and it weirded me out for a second. "Here let me show you guys what you look like." Aphmau said. She pulled out her phone and showed me what I looked like. I looked like I was only about six years old. "What's going on?" I asked.

"I got the potion wrong, that's what happened." Lucinda said.

"What's the potion you made?" I asked.

"It was a simple transformation potion, but something must have gone wrong." Lucinda said. I started to worry a bit before Luncinda walked over and hugged me. "I'll fix this okay." She said. I sighed and nodded. Aphmau reached down towards me before picking me up. "Alex is just so adorable like this." Aphmau said rubbing her cheek against mine. I started to panic a little bit before looking at the ground. "Is someone scared of heights?" Aphmau asked. I nodded before laying my head down on her shoulder. "How about we go play for a minute?" Aphmau asked. I nodded before she picked up Lucinda too. "Aphmau I need to work on the potion." Lucinda siad.

"Please." Aphmau begged.

"Fine, five minutes." Lucinda said. She carried us into the living room pulling out a few toys she had left over from when Zane was turned into a baby. We had some fun for five minutes before Lucinda wanted to go back. "Aaron, do you want to help Lucinda?" Aphmau asked.

"Sure, I'm guessing you'll take care of Alex for now?" Aaron asked. Aphmau nodded and Aaron took Lucinda back to the garage. Aphmau continued to play with me before I started feeling tired after playing with her so much.

Aphmau's POV

Alex let out a big yawn before laying down on his back. I didn't move for a few minutes before quietly crawling over to where he was laying down. He was sleeping contently on the floor, but I gently picked him up and carried him up to my room and laid him down on my bed. I tucked him in before hearing someone come up the stairs. "Aph?" Aaron whispered.

"In here Aaron." I whispered back. He walked into the room carrying a sleepy Lucinda. "Did someone need a quick nap?" I asked. Aaron nodded before he passed her off to me. I tucked her into the next right next to Alex who wrapped his arms around Lucinda once she was laid down next to him. "They're just so cute." I quietly squealed. Aaron had to lead me out of the room so I wouldn't wake up Alex or Lucinda while they took a nap. "Aaron can we have kids like that one day?" I asked.

"Maybe one day." He answered.

"Can I go buy them some clothes?" I asked.

"Aph." Aaron said.

"What? I just want to see some super cute babies." I argued. He just sighed before patting the space next to him. I sat down next to him before he hugged me. "I know you want to see and have cute babies, but those two have lives of their own. It might be best to let them rest before helping them to get back to their regular age." Aaron explained.

"I know, but still I want to have fun with them while they're like this." I said. He kissed the top of my head. "I know, but for now let them rest." He said. I nodded before he put on a show making sure it was quiet enough so it didn't wake up Alex or Lucinda. After a couple hours, I decided that it was best that I go check on them. When I quietly entered the room I saw Alex was awake and looking at Lucinda. "Does someone need to us the potty yet?" I asked. He looked up at me in shock before realizing what was going on. "Yes please." He said. I picked him up and led him to the bathroom. I stood outside the door waiting for him before he came back out. "Better?" I asked. He nodded and rubbed his eyes before reaching up for my hand. "Need a snack?" I asked.

"Chicken nuggies?" He asked. I smiled and nodded leading him downstairs. "Ooo maybe I should make a date for you and Lucinda." I said. A deep blush crossed his face as he realized what I had said before he shook his head. "Why not?" I asked. Alex looked like he wanted to say something, but before he could I heard quiet footsteps coming down the stairs. "Just a second Alex." I said. I headed to the stairs and saw Lucinda about halfway down the steps. "Can you help me Aphmau?" She asked. I nodded and went next to her. "I'll hold your hand, is that alright?" I said. She grabbed my hand before we slowly walked down the stairs. When we reached the bottom she smiled at me before we walked over to the kitchen. I looked around not seeing Alex. "Alex sweetie where'd you go?" I asked. He peeked around from behind the kitchen island looking at Lucinda still having a blush across his face. "Lucinda do you want to date Alex?" I asked. She looked at me with a blush crossing her face before nodding. I led her over to Alex who was still hiding when we got to him. "Alex will you hold Lucinda's hand for a minute?" I asked. He reached out for Lucinda to take his hand which she did. "Hey Aaron, can we go out for dinner?" I asked.

"You really want to take them on a date huh?" He asked. I nodded before pointing towards them. Alex and Lucinda were looking away from each other while still holding hands. "It's almost like they forgot they were dating." I said. He sighed before getting up and grabbing a few things. "Alright let's go." He said. I cheered silently before walking over to Alex and Lucinda. "Alright you two, we're going out and you're having a date." I said. They both nodded as we led them out of the house. We went out to a restaurant which we all enjoyed dinner while Alex and Lucinda enjoyed sitting next to each other. When we made it back home we finished helping Lucinda brew the potion to return them to their original age. They splashed the potion at their feet before they were back to normal. "Did you really have to do that Aphmau?" Alex asked. I nodded. He sighed before Lucinda took his hand. "Oh calm down, I know you enjoyed going on that date." Lucinda said teasing Alex. He blushed before looking away from her. "Thank you for having us, and taking care of us while the potion effected us. I think it's time to go though." Lucinda said. I nodded and led them out of the house. We waved to them before heading back inside for the day.
