My mind laughs at me
she twists in circles, watching me from all anglesI try to close my eyes, To ignore her but she pries open my lids
she watches me curiously, with a long lipped grin
its sinister and I feel my lip tremble
She asks me why I think I deserve him
She tells me lies about him
For once I know that the things she says are not true
but nonetheless they still burn
they singe my veins and burn into my bones
I ask her why she does this and she only replies with beaded eyes
"No one else wanted you." She states and I let the words drown into me until I am submerged and silent
