"You sure you want to trust me with your car?" Peter questioned as he buckled his seat belt and adjusted the chair back. "I mean, you love this car, and if I crash it..."
"Well then don't crash it." Darla stated simply.
Peter was God knows how many centuries old (Peter stopped counting) and had never learned to drive. No had taught him and he never needed to learn due to being able to fly anywhere he wanted. But Darla thought that if he were to be spending more time in Illinois he really should know how to transport like a regular non-magical person.
"Just take a deep breath," Peter did as she said "let it out." The only noise heard was his breath exiting his lungs. "Good now the pedal on the right is to go and the left is to stop."
"Right go, left stop. Right go, left stop." Peter repeated.
"But you only use one foot." Darla clarified when she looked over to Peters feet, seeing both feet hoovering over both pedals. Peter gave Darla a curious look. "You move your right foot between the two pedals." She explained and he nodded placing his left foot onto the floor.
"You sure about this?" He wasn't nervous, he had crashed Go Karts and handmade gadgets before but this was her car. Plus if he crashed this she could get hurt and he never wanted to hurt her.
"I trust you man!" Darla sang out an old Rob Thomas song "I tr-u-u-st youuuuu." He couldn't help but laugh as he put the gear in drive.
Empty parking lots were one thing, but old country roads were completely different.
"I'm going 90!" Peter bellowed, the wind wiping through the car. "This is okay right?" Peter said as he slowed down a bit.
"You are doing great!" Darla screamed over the engine.
It didn't take Peter long to realize he loved driving and hated traffic. He also found that the horn was the most useful and fun button on the car. He drove him and Darla everywhere, he really needed to see about importing some cars to Neverland; the kids would love it!

"Yes I know how crazy I'm acting Tink," she jingled and stomped around the camp. "I didn't think that-"
Stomp, stomp, stomp.
"Tink!" Peter demanded holding her still. "I love her and I'm marrying her." Tink stopped stomping and fell to the ground. "Well I'm going to ask her... Tink?" Peter questioned and moved to pick her up. She shook furiously sprinkling dust everywhere and Peter became covered in sparkles. He rose one eyebrow in annoyance but said nothing.
"I didn't want to tell you because of how you were with Wendy, but you like Darla... don't you?" Tinkerbell jingled slightly fluttering up and down in agreement. "When I ask her, I want to do it here and I want it to be perfect." But doesn't everyone want it to be perfect Peter thought as Tink jingled right in his ear. He picked at the sparkles that now covered his face. "I know, I'm sorry I should have told you and the lost kids but... What do you mean?... You wanted to... oh Tink I'm so sorry I thought that... Yes of course," Peter let out a breath of relief. "All of you are coming to the wedding because we are having a Neverland wedding and an Illinois wedding I suppose... that is if she says yes," as long as she said yes he would have a wedding in every country if she wanted. "You can come to both Tink if you want." Her flutter was lighter and now she spun around with joy.
Peter was already stressed from telling Tink, how was he going to share the news with the rest of the lost boys and girls? He wouldn't tell them he decided as he shook his hair free of sparkles, he would wait until she said 'yes'. Then they would tell everyone, together.
