-Midnight's POV-
"Listen, Midnight, you have to realize that what I'm about to say will shock you. To learn these secrets that very few mortals know."
"I'm all ears. It's just good to know you aren't lieing to me, and to finally know the truth." I sat wide eyed, waiting for the story. Waiting for the truth.
"Alright, well when I first saw you, I couldn't believe whatI was seeing, I knew it was a bad day for you, because it was raining...I could smell it. I could smell you walking all the way up to you 'Secret Place'. Then when I brought you to my house, I didn't run away because I didn't like you, or thought of you as a reject, it was because you were to tempting, and I can't feed of you, not to much anyways. So I ran, I didn't mean to hurt you. Then I was in the forest, sitting in the trees and I saw you sitting. I saw you were crying and hurt. I had to come help. My eyes were gray, you were sucking the power out of me. I asked you if it hurt, and you said yes, so I bit you and healed you. But I had to leave because drinking your blood hurt me. It sent me in a frenzy." He had sunken eyes, that were a light shade of green, but more gray. I could tell it hurt.
"You seem as though it's bad for me to be by you." I was curious, something more was needed to be said.
"You aren't human, yes you were born with human parents, and lived a human life, but you are the most rarest form of vampire. You are and Elemental, or as the other call you, an Untouched Soul. Being around you draws my power, in order for me to be around you and not lose power is you have to feed. But the thing that makes you different is, you can control the elements, including the weather, and you don't have to live on blood."
I couldn't believe this. I had grown up a human to be robbed of my humanity knowing I was a vampire, an Elemental, an Untouched Soul. This wasn't suppose to happen, these kinda of things don't happen to me.
"But, but, I'm human, I bleed when I'm cut, I breathe air, I eat and drink human food."
"I bleed, I breathe, and I can eat and drink human food to, but I can't live off of it." he said.
These things...they aren't logical, but I must manage, this is my new future, and I can't do anything to change that. The life I thought I had, had slipped through my fingers, and I had watched it fall, hands bound behind my back.
"Well, what do I need to know?"
