Chapter 5

Jin smiled as he sat down on his bed. He could hear her giggling, and it made him happy. So he got on his phone and planned to get up early tomorrow before she woke up and buy as many kinds of cereal as he could. He'd ask her if she wanted to explore Vegas with him since he was free, and they'd just so happen to drive by the Mob Museum and ask if she wanted to see it with him. He went to bed with a smile on his face.

Mandy woke up and pounded on her little sister's door, "Yo, wake up, sleeping beauty. I have to leave for work here soon, so if you want to see me, you better come out here."

Kris grumbled but she left her room still wrapped in the blanket that Jin gave her last night, she shuffled into the kitchen, and there on the island were enough boxes of cereal to compete with a fucking grocery store, "what's all this?"

As she grabbed the Cocoa Puffs box, Mandy snorted, "Looks like someone told Jinnie about your cereal obsession, and he went all Alpha."

Kris blushed bright red and looked around for the Alpha so she could thank him, but he wasn't there. A slight pout formed on her lips, making her sister snicker at her. "He's in the shower. I will be gone today, and everyone except Jin will be gone. I think you two should go out and explore a bit. What do you say?"

Mandy was watching her sister like a hawk. Her blushing got worse, and she started squirming in her seat. "Do you think he'd like to do that? I don't want to upset him," she said.

Eye roll, "I'm sure he's been thinking about what to show you since he gave you that blanket last night."

She wrapped the blanket around her tighter, "what do you mean? He said he gave it to me last night so that I wouldn't be cold. That was all."

"You know nothing about Alphas," Mandy scoffed. "I know Jin. He's already started courting you, and it all started with that dumb blanket that has his scent all over it."

Mandy left Kris alone in the kitchen, baffled over what her sister said. "He's courting me? That hot ass Alpha is courting me?"

"He is, or he's trying to, at least."

Kris squeaked when she heard a deep voice next to her ear; she turned around and saw an Omega. "Taehyung?"

She grinned his boxy grin and held out his hand, "Tis I, you can call me Tae."

"Kris."

"I know. Mandy talks about you a lot. She loves her little Omega sister." Kris blushed bright red. She's never been overly affectionate with Mandy. Mandy tells her that she loves her all the time, whereas Kris only does it occasionally. Her theory is that it means more when it's not constant. Tae smiled again, "But to answer your question, yes, he really is courting you."

"But why, why me?"

"Why not you? He's an Alpha, and he's always wanted to have an Omega of his own."

Kris pouted, "So it's only because I'm an Omega?"

Tae laughed, "Maybe for his wolf, but for him, I think it's you."

That gave her hope. She popped her head up to look at Tae, her eyes shining with hope. "Do you think he actually likes me?"

"I do; I think he likes you." He turned his head to look behind them, "speaking of the Alpha, he's about to come in here. Bye, little Omega!"

Kris watched Tae take off, and then she smelled Jin. "Oh, did I not get the brand you liked?"

She blinked up at him in confusion, "huh?"

He waved his hand towards the dozens of cereal boxes spread across the countertop, "I didn't know what you liked, so I just bought all the popular ones." He was blushing; it was the cutest thing she had ever seen.

"Do you think they like each other?" Tae whispered to his Beta as they spied on the two in the kitchen.

Jungkook snorted quietly, not wanting Jin to hear them even though he probably already does with that damn Alpha hearing. "I think that within a week, they'll be humping and mated."

The started to squeal and clap, but Jungkook stopped him with a quick kiss and pinned his hands to his sides. Once Jungkook was sure he'd be quiet, he left his lips and kissed his way down Tae's chin until he got to their mating mark. He bit down softly. "Kookie," Tae whined.

"You have to be quiet, Omega, or we can't spy anymore." Tae whimpered a bit but breathed out a quiet okay.

Jin was nervous as hell. He wanted to ask her if she wanted to go out with him today, but he was not sure how. "Uh, Kris, so I was wondering."

"Who the fuck bought all of this God damn cereal? The girls are the only ones that even eat cereal; Mandy only eats Cocoa Puffs and Frosted Flakes, and Kat eats Raisin Bran Crunch and those weird Oat and Honey Crunch Cheerios. So tell me why there are 50+ cereal boxes all over the counter."

Kris started to stutter and letting out distressed scents, this pissed Jin off. He glared at Yoongi, "I bought them because Kris likes cereal. Now back the fuck up because you are stressing out my Omega."

The room got hushed, and Yoongi raised his eyebrow at Jin. Jin was too far into his rant to even notice he called Kris his, but she noticed. She was practically purring with contentment. Jin turned around and placed his hands on her shoulders, "Eat up and then get ready. I'm taking you out to see the sites today. Be ready in 20, okay?" Then he leaned forward and kissed her forehead; he ensured she was good before grabbing Yoongi's arm and dragging him out of the room.

"Let go of me, Seokjin," Yoongi huffed.
