Chapter 32

Joon watched his mate fake a smile throughout the entirety of dinner, and it broke his heart. 

"Hey, babies, I need to talk to you." The three Omegas looked at Mandy with wide eyes. She took a deep breath and looked them all in the eyes before continuing. "I'm going to New York. I leave in a few days. I'll be gone for a little over two weeks. I want you three to stick together. Finish up any business at the Flower Shop to get it ready to sell. Be good for me until I come back, okay?"

Jimin's lip wobbled. "Why are you leaving? I hate it when you leave, you know that." Before Mandy could even get a word out, he fell into his Alpha's chest. "What if I go into heat when you are gone?"

Mandy sighed, "Jimin, I'm not your Alpha. Your Alpha will be here to help you. You don't need me; none of you actually need me. You'll be fine; I'm just a phone call away."

Kris looked at her sister. Something was wrong, and she didn't know what. "What are you doing in New York?"

"Fashion week, they've been asking me for years to return, and I haven't. It's time for me to do it again."

Tae's face scrunched up in confusion. "You hate photographing fashion week. Why did you agree? Is it because of the new house? We don't have to move; we can stay here with the pups. They can sleep in my room with me; I don't care."

"Tae, it's not that, I promise. They have been begging for years, plus it is good exposure for the business." Mandy stood up and smiled at everyone. "I'm tired, so I'm heading to bed. Don't forget, tomorrow, you guys will look at the house."

When Mandy was in her room and the Omegas left to pester Kat more, Yoongi looked at Joon and said, "Did you get anything out of her?" 

Joon sighed as he pulled at his hair, "nothing. Not a word, I think I pushed too hard for a pup, and now that other pups are on their way, it's freaking her out."

"I wish I had some advice for you, but I don't. My mate is an Omega, not a fiesty Alpha."

"I'm heading to bed. She won't admit it, but she needs me," Joon said softly as he stood up. He walked to his room to find Mandy in the shower. "Can I join you?"

She didn't say a word, just softly pushed the door open. He made quick work of his clothes, and when he stepped under the hot water falling from the showerhead, he wrapped his arms around his mate. Her body flushed against his, his arms wrapped around her waist with his hands clasped in front of her belly button. He laid his chin on the top of her head. "Joonie?"

He squeezed her a little tighter, "yes," he whispered.

"Make love to me, please."

He turned her around and crashed his lips onto her, his hands trailing down her body to her thighs, he squeezed them lightly indicating that he wanted her to jump. So she did, she jumped and wrapped her legs around his waist, her arms around his neck and fingers threading through his soft locks. Their tongues clashed and battled against each other. Muffled groans and moans leave their lips.

No more words were spoken; he slid into her all the way to the hilt. Softly he thrust his hips, in and out. Hitting her deep, he could feel her squeezing him every time he was to the hilt. "I love you," he whispered.

She threw her head back and cried out as the orgasm washed over her, her lips found his again kissing him with passion and love. As he filled her up, she whispered that she loved him too. The next day, everyone left the house except for Mandy.

Mandy lay in her bed staring at the ceiling; you can do this. You are an Alpha for fucks sake, you should be strong. Not freaking out about having pups and disappointing everyone in the pack. They look to you to be strong; you can't show this much weakness.

Kat walked into the principal's office, "you wanted to see me, Sir?"

"Ah, yes, sit down. I don't know if you've heard, but our lovely Mrs. Moss is retiring. If you know of any nurses who are looking for a job, please send them our way."

Kat sat up, "Actually, I do. My roommate just graduated from nursing school, and I can ask her." This pleased the principal, and Kat assured him that she'd call and ask. She ran back to her room. It was lunchtime, and since she wasn't on duty, she went ahead and called Kris.

"Hey Kat, is everything okay? Is the pup okay?" Kris asked in a worried tone, only to freak out the other two Omegas that were with her.

Jimin grabbed Kris's phone and yelled, "Oh my God, Kat, what happened? Do you need Hobi or Mandy?"

"I'll call them now," Tae yelled.

"Guys, calm the ever-loving hell down." She huffed, "The pup is fine, and I'm fine. I called to talk to Kris about a job, that's all."

All three Omegas sighed in relief; Kris returned her phone and turned the speaker off. "A job?"

"Yeah, the Nurse at our school is retiring, and they want to find a replacement. I'm not sure if you'd be interested in that, but the hours are better than if you worked at a hospital, plus summers and holidays off."

"That sounds amazing; what do I need to do?" They talked for the rest of Kat's lunch period, which was nice. Kat loved Omega and was so glad when she found out she was coming to visit, even more so when they realized that she was Jin's mate.

Because that meant that she'd stay with them forever and that all Kat ever wanted was a tight nit pack where everyone has a mate.
