Jin couldn't help but laugh. "Well, let's hold off on the murder. With your hair, I'm not sure how great you'd look in prison orange."
She scoffed, "I can rock any color I'll have, you know."
He wrapped his arm around her shoulders, saying, "Well, let's get you some ziti before you go murder someone, and we have to call Mandy and Kat to help with the clean-up."
Her eyes went wide, "those two are scary together. They watch enough crime shows that I'm fairly sure they could easily get away with murder."
"I was just saying that. You know, like a week ago, Mandy was threatening Jungkook that if he didn't stop bugging her, she'd dissolve his body in sulfuric acid. Kat yells from the living room that they'd need a big container since he's so large. Then Mandy goes, no, we can throw him in the tub, and once he's dissolved, we shop-vac it up and then dispose of it at the dump where they pour used oil. Kat yelled back that #3 was her favorite."
Kris smiled, and Jin's eyes were wide. "It's not funny. Those two are insane. They talked about how they needed to buy shoes two sizes bigger or smaller in case they left footprints. And that they needed to get real hair wigs just in case they left some hair behind." Jin's entire body shook. "Sometimes I fear for my life, but honestly, I think they'd get away with it and hysterically cry at my funeral."
Kris patted him on the back softly, "Guess you better not piss them off, but just know that as obsessed with crime shows as they are, I always give them the mafia side so they can learn from the mistakes those men made."
Jin's mouth dropped open, and he gulped, "Don't cross any of the women in the house. IoG it."
"At least we are on the same page; now I am hungry."
They had a great lunch, and since Jin got her ziti, no murder was committed. After they walked the strip and looked at all the cool stores, they said, "Let's grab Mandy some peanut butter M&Ms. If she finds out that we were this close and didn't get her any, she'll be mad."
So that's what they did, when they got home Jin was sad. He didn't want this day to end, but he knew everyone was expecting them for dinner. When we walked in, Mandy and Kat were grinning at the two of them. "Sissy, here I got you peanut butter M&M's," Kris said as she tossed her a bag.
Then she turned to Kat, "We stopped by the gas station and grabbed you, Skittles since your weird ass doesn't like chocolate."
"I'm not a weird ass!"
Hobi leaned over the back of the couch and kissed Kat on her cheek. "You are kind of weird, but I love you just how you are."
Yoongi snorted from the kitchen, where he was helping Mandy cook, "You act like you aren't weird, too. You two are a match made in heaven."
Hobi frowned at him, "I'm going to thank you for the compliment and ignore the insulting part of that statement."
Yoongi rolled his eyes, "Seems weird."
When everyone was sitting around the table, Mandy mentioned in passing that tomorrow, she had to take pictures for some K-pop group for their next album. Kris's head popped up, and she looked at her sister. "Which group, do you know? I love K-pop."
Mandy scrunched her face up, "Icoke, Ipad. It's something like that."
The dining room got quiet because Kris dropped her silverware and screeched, "Ikon, do you mean Ikon?"
Mandy nodded as she chewed her food. "That sounds right. Have you heard of them?"
Kris whipped out her phone and waved the case before them, "I'm in love with them; I'm an Ikonic. My biases are Jay and DK, but I love them all."
The rest of them looked at each other. Jungkook scrunched up his nose. "What's a bias?"
Kris spent the next hour telling everyone everything they needed to know about K-pop and even more about Ikon. She was so excited; this was the most anyone had heard her speak the whole time she'd been there. "Sissy, can I please come with you to the shoot? I'll be good, I promise."
She shrugged, "I guess you could be my assistant, but you'll have to actually work. You can't just drool over the wolves."
Jin's head snapped towards Mandy. He was already upset at how excited she was to meet this boy group, but now that he knew they were wolves, his eyes flashed red. "They are wolves?"
Mandy's eyes rolled so hard. "Yes, that's why they contacted me to do the shoot. Well, that and I'm hella talented." She flipped her hair and smirked at Jin.
This wasn't good; he was making headway with Kris. Now, she will hang out with some wolves she's already fascinated with. Jin was pacing back and forth in his room, not knowing what to do. He can't exactly stop her, and he knows Mandy wouldn't let those wolves do anything to her little sister. But if Kris wanted it, Mandy wouldn't stop her either. As much as she loves Jin, she loves her Kris more.
He has to go to work in the morning, maybe if he can get everything done and ordered for the restaurant then he can leave early and head to the shoot. Bring some food and drinks, yeah, that's a good idea. But how can he make the wolves know that she's taken? It's not like he can march in there and mark her. He can't even scent her; that's just rude. They aren't close enough for that. But he can give her his jacket and tell her that it gets cold in Mandy's studio due to the lights, and she has to blast the air conditioning. Yeah, that should work.
So the following day, he scented the shit out of his favorite pink hoodie. Kris was sitting at the counter eating cereal; he walked up to her, pulled the hoodie over her, and manhandled her into it. It was swimming on her when he was done, but that was fine. "Uh, Jin?"
"Sorry, it gets cold in her studio. Wear this!"
