Chapter 101

Mandy was so nervous. According to Kris and Jimin, she needed to take the pills for one month three times a day, and then a week before their rut, she had to drink the world's nastiest shake. Jin, bless his heart, tried to make it better. But there was nothing that could save it. It was horrid, and she cursed Jimin's very existence for making her do this. Yes, she wanted another pup, but this was miserable.

Joon chuckled as she face-planted onto the bed, "Is it that bad?"

"The sex part is fan fucking tastic, like sign me up for that daily. But that nasty ass drink is the literal worst. I think Jimin should drink it with me in solidarity."

"You know he can't, Baby. If he did, he'd end up with a whole liter and is against multiples."

She popped up and grinned before running into the kitchen, "Jin, can you make me another shake, please." The other Alpha jumped a little.

"You already had one. Look, I know I'm good, but even I can smell how terrible that is. Why do you want another?"

Mandy was grinning, "It's not for me."

Jin cocked his head a bit before he grinned, "oh my God you are evil, I love it."

She was bouncing up and down a bit; that's why she got along with Jin so well. Joon didn't get her evil side, but Jin did. Joon was too pure, but Jin was just as chaotic as she was. She bowed, "Why thank you." Once she had the drink, she took off towards Jimin and Yoongi's room, and thankfully, they hadn't started fucking yet, so she made her way into the room.

"Sure welcome, make yourself at home," the Alpha grumbled.

"Thanks," she chirped as she jumped into the middle of the nest between the two. She handed the shake to Yoongi and then turned to look at Jimin. "It's only fair, right?"

Jimin nodded his head, grinning from ear to ear before turning to his Alpha. "She's right, it is only fair."

"Wait, why must I be tortured with this and not Joon?"

Said Alpha was standing at the door, "I'll gladly drink it too, and she knows that which is why she never asked. It's not a sacrifice for me, but for you, it is."

Yoongi sighed, "You are mean, all of you." He sniffed it, his nose scrunching up and his lips curling in distaste, "this smells awful."

She snorted, "Trust me, it tastes worse."

"Not possible," he grumbled before he took a tentative sip and then gagged, "Oh God, it is possible."

Mandy leaned forward, her finger going under the glass, and she lifted it up to make Alpha drink the rest of it. "Come on, Alpha, drink it up." Mumbling about it was probably worse than the chicken and grape smoothies he made himself when he was in college.

 If looks could kill, she'd be dead meat. But he did it, he drank the drink and every time she had to drink one he was right there with her drinking it just the same. He hated every single minute of it, but he did it. "Your rut is coming next week, right?"

Yoongi looked up from his desk at the Alpha. Her hair was in a messy bun, and she had her black blue-light glasses on, which meant she had been at her computer most of the day. "Yeah, my skin feels itchy, so pre-rut should hit tonight. You too, right?"

"Yeah," she yawned. "I'm tired and cranky, but I can't sleep, and I don't know why."

Yoongi smiled. She may have been an Alpha, but she was still a girl who loved cuddles. "Get in Minnie's nest and take a nap," she said.

"He won't mind?"

The Alpha nodded, "No, but you might wake up with him wrapped around you."

She shrugged her shoulder before crawling into the nest. The kids were at school and would be for a few more hours, so she would be able to get at least two decent hours of sleep. Yoongi looked over, and not even five minutes later, she was asleep. She fell asleep before she even took her glasses off. 

He snorted a bit, finished his work, and then went to the nest. He might as well get some rest, too. Once his pre-rut hit, he'd get irritable and moody, and then his rut would be nothing but a fuck fest. Taking a nap sounded amazing, even if it was with the annoying Alpha versus his amazing Minnie.

He fell asleep quickly and deeply. Her scent and Jimin's scent filled his nose. "How long do you think they've been asleep?"

Jimin looked at his watch, "I talked to Yoongi three hours ago, so it can't be longer than that. How long ago did you talk to Mandy?"

"Around the same, she finished editing and sent me a text saying she was tired."

Jimin grinned at Joon, "I love that she came here and not her room."

The Alpha smiled, "it doesn't bother you that my mate is literally asleep on top of your mate?"

Jimin shook his head. "No, first off, Yoongi isn't into Alphas, and second, he's not into girls. Does it bother you?"

Joon shook his head. "I trust my mate and my pack. Plus, they have some weird connection thing going on, like you and Tae." Joon grinned and pointed. "It looks like she's getting payback; she's drooling on him this time."

"Oh he's going to be so pissed, I have to get a picture of this."

The Omega was snapping pictures when his Alpha woke up. "Hi, Baby. What are you doing?" Then he looked down and saw the weight on his chest that he thought was his mate. "What is she doing?"

"Currently, sleeping so hard that she's drooling. Want me to get her?"

He looked at Joon, "She was exhausted. I mean, she fell asleep so quickly that she forgot to take her glasses off. I almost feel bad waking her up. Can you move her without waking her up?"

"I'm a master at it," Joon grinned. He bent down to make sure that her face was as close to his scent gland as possible, which would keep her asleep. Then he picked her up quickly and got her to their room without her so much as stirring.

"She slept without a blanket on," Jimin mumbled to Yoongi. "You should feel honored." And he did; he knew how much that meant that she trusted him.
