As soon as they walked out the door, Mandy and Kat high-fived, "Jesus, I thought they'd never get over themselves and get together. Ugh, courting is ridiculous."

Joon snorted, "I would have courted you if you didn't spend every waking moment running away from me."

"How was I supposed to know you weren't like other Alphas? I tried that once, no thank you, not again."

Kat snorted, "Mike was the worst. I don't know how you put up with him for so long."

Mandy reached across the table and squeezed Kat's wrist. She turned it over to look at the mark she had left on her years ago since they were soulmates. "I can't ever thank you enough for getting me out of there and running away with me to Vegas."

Joon placed his hand over Kat's. "Me either. If you didn't do what you did, I wouldn't have found my mate." Joon kissed the side of Mandy's head, "even if she made me work for it for months."

"You didn't seem to mind, plus Hobi and I loved watching you try and fail so many times."

"Yah, thanks for all of your help with her."

Kat gasped, holding her hand on her chest, "How dare you. I told you where she worked so you could accidentally run into her. I also told Hobi where we were every time we went out."

Joon smiled, "You did. Sorry, you are right."

Jin held his Omegas hand, her other hand held his forearm, and her head on his bicep. This is everything he's ever wanted. "Jin, I need to tell you something."

"You can tell me anything. I'm your mate." She stopped walking, causing him to stop as well. She wouldn't look at him; she was clearly more interested in their shoes. "They are Docs."

"What if I wanted you to help me?" she whispered, and Jin was sure his heart had stopped beating.

"You want me there during your heat?" He had to ensure they were on the same page, or this could be an epic disaster.
