"Where do you think she went?" Anthony asked rubbing his hands together.
"To be honest we both know where she's going and I hope he figures it out himself as well." I said repositioning myself on the couch.
"I just can't believe it.............................. she lied to me for several years. I wanted her to be mine forever. I thought she was the one." He said shaking his head looking as if he would cry.
At this point I felt extremely bad, I didn't know weather to rub his back or let him vent. So me being the over sensitive pregnant lady I started to cry for him, while still trying to comfort him by rubbing his back.
He looked up after seeing drops of water fall to the carpet next to him.
"Ashanti? Are you okay?" He asked grabbing my hands.
I nodded my head yes but continued to cry.
"I'm fine, I just feel really bad. I didn't know you loved her so much and I don't want it too seem like I did it on purpose. I just hell I don't want both of us to be miserable. You deserve much more then a hormonal pregnant woman who could go to jail." I ranted on trying to wipe my tears.
"From what I know you wouldn't do this on purpose. Your a great woman and what I deserve is a matter of opinion." He said grabbing some tissue of the table and handing it to me.
"Well in my opinion you deserve the world." I said blowing my nose.
"That is way more then I need. I don't deserve much, I need a lot but deserving is different." He said standing up.
"Where you going?" I asked as I watched him walk out of the living room.
"I'm gonna go take a shower." He said turning back to me.
"Oh well in that case, I'm gonna go for a walk. I need it plus I can explore the neighborhood." I said shrugging my shoulders.
"Are you sure?" He asked.
"Positive." I said getting up and walking towards the front door.
"Umm take my phone." He said handing me his phone from his pocket.
"Why?" I asked holding his phone as if it was something I had never seen.
"So I know your OK. Or I'll call and check on you when I get out of the shower, you know safety reasons." He said gesturing to the door.
"Oh thank you, and I won't be that long." I said opening the door.
"Be safe." He said as I walked out.
"I'll try." I said closing the door behind me and standing there for a few seconds to calm my nerves and prepare for this walk.
~ Anthony's P.O.V~
I watched as Ashanti walked out the door unsure if she should be walking alone at this time. But if she needs to call me she will and I hope she does.
I walked to my room removing my clothes and shoes and heading to my bathroom. I turned the water to just the right tempature and stepped in. The shower has always been my safe haven. It's where I can think about my day and just feel as if it rolls off my back. You know like washing away your troubles. But today I'm not sure if the shower can help.
I found out that the woman I loved was giving her love to someone else. She was my everything, but to find out I wasn't hers. I feel so betrayed so used hell I'm even ashamed. I'm a grown man who couldn't see what was right in front of me. I guess I need to move on, and I feel like doing just that. I have Ashanti for a while, and she's a great help.
And before y'all go " ohhh I knew they was gone be together" I don't think of her that way. She's more like a sister or a best friend. I can remember the first time I met her she gave me the worst attitude ever. She didn't want to to talk to me, I just knew she would be a problem. And that reminded me so much of my sister. Don't get me wrong Ashanti is a beautiful girl any guy could see that, I'm just one who see's it and respect's the fact I don't want her sexually.
~Unknown P.O.V~

End of phone call.
"Its just you and me for a few more days." He said.
"Says who?" The man in the passenger seat asked.
"Says Boss." The man replied.
"Okay but remind me of who she is." He said rather than asked.
"Alex's girl." He said.
"What does boss want with her?" He asked.
"If i tell you, you have to swear you didn't hear it from me." He said.
"Fine I swear." The other one said.
"Well Ashanti is her name and she was once Bosses girl. They had a huge fall out, and he found out she was pregnant. But he just recently found out that the baby died. And that she was engaged to Alex. He's been looking for her for years but it was as if she was untraceable. Now that he found her he said he wasn't letting her go." The guy said.
"Wow! Then why is boss married to Asia?" The curious one asked.
"She was apart of the fall out to begin with and he stayed with her. But he knows she's with some cop named Anthony." He said scoffing.
"Probably why I haven't seen her lately huh?" He asked laughing.
"Yeah probably". The other said getting quite and focusing on Ashanti.
"I just hope she's worth it." The curious one said.
"My sister is worth it all." The other said getting a bit angry.
