Eijirou's pov
i felt my heart racing i wasnt expecting that i wasnt ready for it to be that soon, but i have to be strong there is a young childs live on the line.
another hour went by talking about details of the plans for the raid
once the meeting was over, aizawa left to go back to school i went over to izuku and he hugged me gently and he kissed my forhead i leaned in and he gave me a soft kiss, i love you ei ill see you tonight when we face time, he said before he walked off with sir nighteye, hey kid we better head out too we have patrol to get too, fatgum said.
I nodded and I grabbed my mask off the table and I followed them out of the building and we started our patrol.
After about 3 hours tamaki was saying that he was hungry.
Okay well it is about time for lunch how about takiyaki and sushi there's a booth over there. Fat said pointing to one of his favorite food stands
Red you hungry? You want anything? He asked.
Um just a rice ball please the tuna one is okay, I said softly.
You sure that isn't a lot its not going to fill you up or any thing?
I'm sure I'm not too hungry if it makes you feel better i can get 2? i offered.
he turned more so he was face to face with me, i know today wasnt as we expected and hearing somethings probably made you nervous, if you dont feel like you cant eat a lot im not going to pressure you, i will buy you 6 and you can eat how ever many you want then take the rest home and eat them later just so you know they are there for you if you want them okay? he said.
i knew it was pointless to argue with him so i just nodded.
we went to the stand and he ordered and asked for my 6 rice balls in a closed container, he paid and we walked around patroling our area they silently ate, about 5 hours hours later it was time to head back to the agency and go home.
hey red how you feeling? fatgum asked me?
um im okay i guess im kinda tired but im still pretty nervous about tomorrow its my first big mission i never thought that i would be working a mission this big while im still a first year, not even just that but still recovering and not even up to proper weight for surgery yet, but you still want me on the mission with you, what if i mess everything up i always mess everything up, i said, as i mumbled the last part to myself.
he grabbed me by my arm and he pulled me to a stop i got scared for a second before i remembered he wouldnt hurt me, i dont think.
suddenly i was engulfed in a famous fatgum hug and i felt all my worries wash away, i hugged him back as he rubbed the back of my softly.
red i didnt choose you to be on my team out of pity. when i saw you in the sports festival i noticed you had an eating disorder but behind all of that i saw how strong you were, how brave you were, how proud you are, and i knew that if you hung out with me and tamaki for a while maybe it would help aid in your recovery, he said.
i pulled away and i looked at him, how could you tell then you were all the way in the stands? i asked.
when your someone like me whos quirk is heavily food based you tend to notice things about other people like how proportinate their body is, i could see your muscle mass is higher then any other index of your body like you were trying to hide something, he explained.
you dont think other people noticed do you? i asked starting to feel self concious.
no i dont think so a normal person wouldnt really know how to tell the difference they would look and see a boy with a lot of muscles and think he was perfectly healthy thats why i requested you to intern with me, he said.
now come on lets go inside tamaki is waiting for us, we can all get changed and we will walk you home, he said giving me a big warm smile.
i nodded with a small smile back.
we went inside and we went to the locker room, i grabbed my things from my locker and i went to the stall, i got changed and i went back out and i put my costume in its case.
hey red if the only reason your changing in the stall is cause you dont want us judging you, you have nothing to worry about im trans too i had my surgery last year, fat actually helped me pay for a portion for it and please dont tell him i told you this but he is too, no one knows about him, none of the other heros know, none of his past interns know, no one that works at the agency knows,the only reason he told me was because he saw how much i was struggleing with the dysphoria and not having a supportive parents to help me, before i moved in with my grandparents and they helped me get on hormones, he explained.
i felt a lot better about being out here with them after that. thank you amajiki that does make me feel a lot better, i said.
now come on hes in his office grabbing a couple things we should go meet him there, he said as he picked up his costume case and i picked up mine and my backpack and we headed out of the locker room up to his office.
i opened the door and he greeted us, you boys ready to go home? he asked.
we both nodded and he got up from his desk picking up his bag. we all left his office and went outside.
we talked for a bit as we walked to my house, we walked up the porch and i opened the door. hey im gonna talk to aizawa for a minute about tomorrow if you need to talk just text me okay he said as i went up stairs to my room and i went to my closet and i picked out a pair of pajamas and i went to the bathroom, i jumped through the shower quickly and i got dressed i went downstairs and i saw that fat and tamaki had already left. i went over and i saw on the couch, hey ei how was patrol anything happen today? aizawa asked.
um no it was pretty uneventful we just talked and hung out most of the day, how was school katsuki try to kill anyone today? i asked with a smirk.
oh my god i have no idea how you deal with him but yes denki was making jokes about his mom and he kind of grabbed him ready to explode him but i was able to stop him before any damage could be done, he said back.
i know he doesnt understand that denki could literally kill all of us with how high his voltages can go before he ditzes out, i said with a small laugh, he chuckled a bit thats so true but sometimes i dont think denki even realizes how powerful he is at times.
but come on you should be trying to relax for tomorrow hizashi is in the kitchen hes making us an easy dinner so we can go to bed soon we have to be up early. he said. i nodded as i sank back into the couch as we watched tv togeher till hizashi came out to us and he sat us each a plate on the table, fatgum gave me your left over rice balls so i fixed those for you if you wanted them and some miso soup, he said to me, i gave him a warm smile, i looked over at aizawa's plate and i saw he had a sushi roll and some yakisoba noodles. it looked really good but i dont think im well enough to enjoy noodles yet they are too starchly i did try them a few days ago to see what would happen but i did get sick.
we both ate quietly. once we both finished i grabbed both our dishes and i took them to the kitchen quickly washing them and i put them away before i headed back upstairs.
i grabbed my phone and i opened video chat and i called izuku.
I- hey babe you okay?
E- yeah i just wanted to sleep next to you tonight see you when i wake up
I- okay baby yeah climb in bed and we can sleep together
i nodded and i climbed into bed i put my phone on the charger and i laid it side ways so i could see him but not break my charger, i pulled covers over me and i cuddled down with my shark and i feel asleep to the sound of his voice talking to me softly.
i woke up to my alarm blaring i reached over i saw my 4am alarm going off i turned it off and i saw my boyfriends face looking right at me with a small smile.
I- morning ei.
E- morning izu
I- you ready for today?
E- kind of yeah but im also really nervous, i said as i got up and i stretched a bit as i went to my closet and i pulled out a hoodie.
E- ill see you soon izu i love you
I- i love you too ei
we both clicked our lines off and i went down stairs where i saw both of them awake and gozu on the couch waiting for me, as soon as he saw me he jumped up and started weaving between my legs making me laugh a bit i leaned down and  and i picked him up and purred a bit and he nuzzled his head into my chin i hugged him softly as i rubbed his head.
after a few seconds i put him down and i sat at the table as hizashi brought over breakfast he sat it on the table and i saw he made scrambled eggs and toast and a covered plate that probably had some type of breakfast meat on it. i grabbed some toast, eggs and i used the knife to get a small amount of butter for the toast.
hey ei do you want to try a small piece of bacon or sausage i can cut you off a piece to try it? aizawa asked.
um maybe just a small piece which ever one is lighter on the stomach, he nodded and he grabbed a slice of bacon and he cut off a small portion of it  and sat it on a napkin an dhe dried the grease off itand he placed it on the edge of my plate i grabbed it and i could still feel a little but of the grease, i ate it slowly trying to be careful.
its okay i guess but its still a little too heavy for me maybe in a couple weeks, i said softly.
i saw them both smile a bit aizawa and i both quickly finished eating and we both went back up stairs and got changed into our costumes.
we meet back down stairs and he stopped me.
eijirou listen to me okay, this is your first real big mission you need to do what ever the pro's tell you to do and if you dont know what to do come ask me or fat if something is bothering you speak up, i know its going to be a lot happening at once and i know its going to be hard but you need to not let your anxiety get the better of you, we cant be stopping to take care of you while looking for the girl  okay so be as strong as you can then after if you need to break down and let everything out you can and ill be there with you the whole time okay? he said i took a deep breath and i nodded.
good now lets go save a kid he said as he patted my back and we left the house.
we got in the car and we drove to the meeting place not far from where the raid was going to take place.
we got out and we ran to the place where the other pros where waiting and the police were putting up street barricades.
we got to the front where the pros where.
we breach in 10 minutes heros first leave several officers outside to catch anyone trying to escape, we will follow night eyes vision from yesterday to find the girl, heros in training 1st and 3rd years stay the hero you intern with with safety reasons, lock said.
we all nodded as we counted down the minutes.
once the time ended we rushed in and nighteye saw someone standing right by the door so he slammed the warrent on their chest and pushed them away.
not even 10 minutes into the mission the walls start to shift and i saw a hole in the floor and i was swallowed down.
i looked around and i saw fatgum was here too.
hey red you okay is the chest plate okay from the fall? he asked, i ran my hand over my chest, yeah im good its good you okay?
he gave me a nod but then looked ready to fight, red we have company, he said softly.
and you are right you do. a deep voice said  i hardened my body and i got into a fighting stance.
stay cool red, fat said to me quietly.
( im tired so skip the fight scene)
woke up to something being placed over my face and i felt energy coming back into me i looked around and i saw paramedics surrounding me. they pulled the now shattered chest plate off of me. i tried to get up but they pushed me back down gently.
not yet we need to check you for injuries. one of them said.
i nodded as i glanced to the side of me and i saw fat gum was still out cold, i pulled the oxygen mask from my face, is he okay? i asked
yeah hes okay we already checked his vitals but with his quirk we cant know any details till we get him to the hospital. one said.
what about my dad is he okay he wasnt down here witih us he was with the group before we got seperated? i asked.
whos your dad kid? the male paramedic asked
eraserhead the one with the long black hair the yellow goggles and the big scarf. i said
i dont know i havent seen him yet they might have already brought him topside.
well you dont have anything wrong with your legs but your chest and your ribs got beat up pretty bad from that chest plate you were wearing and the barrage of punches you took. the female paramedic said.
do you think your able to stand? she asked.
i just nodded she took the oxygen mask from me and she helped me stand to my feet she helped me balance a bit come on you need to be careful getting out of here you stay there while we get him strapped up to the board okay? the male said
i nodded as i leaned on a support beam that didnt fall.
i watched as they strapped him to the board and they lifted him up. and we all walked out a 3rd paramedic helped me through the rubble and we got out side where i saw my aizawa on the verge on passing out.
DAD i screamed as i ran over to him i jumped up into the ambulance as they loaded him up as one of the paramedics that was helping me talked to one of his.
dad are you okay did we get her is she okay what happened after fat and i got seperated?
ei im fine shes okay, shes with midoriya but both of them are in pretty bad conditions, he said as i saw his eyes close.
dad, dad, whats going on, dad no whats happenign, i said as i started to freak out. the paramedic moved me away and started to work on him, a little bit later i saw the line on the machine start to rise again i let out a breath and i leaned over him and i hugged him.
you called me dad, he said weakly
i did? oh my god i did i didnt mean to im sorry i said starting to get frantic what if he didnt want me too.
no ei its okay im happy you finally said it. he said giving me a small smile, look at you trying to make me feel better when your the one that just died, wait i should call hizashi and recovery girl to meet us at the hospital, she could help you a lot faster then the doctors could and you could come home tomorrow? i asked.
yeah ei call them call recovery girl first and when you call hizashi twll him to step out of the class room, he said.
we pulled into the hospital and they wheeled him back as they took me down to a room and they handed me a gown and a pair of scrub pants.
okay go ahead and change into those so we can get a proper look at your injures, the nurse said.
i nodded and she stepped out of the room, i quickly changed feeling a little light headed so i quickly sat down and i pulled out my phone and i called recovery girl asking her to come here to help us. then i called hizashi and as soon i said we were at the hospital he hung up i can only imagine what he is going to do
