Chapter 22

eijirou's pov
i opened my eyes and i saw my dad sitting next to me hey they had to head out and go to school but they will come to the house later the doctor will come in and talk to later but i took the oportunity to order you breakfast nothing too extravangant just fresh fruit, apple juice,and some toast and peanut butter i want half the toast and all the fruit, he said as he grabbed the remote and he moved the bed so i was sitting up, how much longer do i have to stay here? i asked as i opened my juice bottle and i took a sip.
they are going to come in and do a vital check, then they want to have a talk with us about about some stuff regarding diet during recovery cause there are some stuff you need to avoid during the early stages of recovery, he said.
i nodded as i took a bite of toast.
could we just watch a movie or something while we wait to go home? i asked.
yeah heres your laptop just remember to not move your arms too much and if anything hurts to much just let me know and ill help you, he said.
i nodded and i carefully reached down and i logged in and opened netflix and i found a new shark movie. i turned it on and i got comfy and i ate my breakfast at least what he said i wasnt too hungry but i wanted to make him happy.
i pushed the table away from me carefully and i leaned my head on the shark bear they got me. and i just got engrossed in the movie it was really good.
it took an hour for the movie to end and there was a knock on the door and it cracked open and i saw my doctor and my nurse come in she got started on my vitals and the doctor pulled a chair up next to my bed.
we got started on talking about my recovery diet.
after we finished and i got a clean bill of health.
come on lets call hizashi to come get us then we can head home ill get your bag packed for you, he said.
i nodded, can you um help me sit up? i asked.
oh yeah of course, he said as he got up, this might be a little weird for you but just work with me okay. he said.
i nodded and he put one hand on my lower back and he grabbed my legs and he pulled my legs so i was sitting off the side of of the bed, just keep your back straight ill call the nurse so she can help you get changed, he said, i nodded as he pushed my nurses call button.
she came back in a few minutes later with a bag in her hand, these are your pain meds, most patients who have had this procedure say they dont need it but we always give them just incase they are needed and in the bag there is also everything you will need to clean the incinsions for when you take the vest off but you need to keep the vest on for at least 6-8 weeks, she said i nodded as dad walked out of the room.
lets get you changed so you can go home it might be best to just put on one of your button up shirts left open since it will be hard to button it and some shorts, she said.
i nodded and she grabbed the clothes from my bag and she carefully manuvored the shirt around my arms and pulled it over my shoulders, she untied the gown that was now tied around my waist and she pulled my shorts up for me and slid my crocs onto my feet and she helped me stand up and grabbed my bag and we walked out of the room.
i saw dad waiting at the nurses station and when he saw us he came over and he took my bag.
hey lets head on out hizashi is here waiting for us, he said. i nodded and i followed him to the elevator and we took it all the way down, and out the front door and dad opened the back door and tossed my bag into the back seat and he helped me carefully climb up  so i didnt hurt myself, he closed my door and he climbed into the front seat and hizashi leaned over and gave him a kiss and we started the drive home the two of them hand in hand.
we pulled into the drive way when i saw a familiar car parked next to us papa helped me out of the car while dad got my bag and we went inside where i saw both my boyfriends and katsuki's mom sitting on our couch and a small girl with silver hair popped her head out from behind izuku's shoulder.
he reached a hand over and he rubbed her head, this is your new brother eri, he said sweetly.
she got off the couch and she came over to us but hid behind dads leg he reached his hand down and he put his hand on the back of her head.
its okay eri he was there when we rescued you he was apart of it, he said.
do-does he has owies? she asked softly as she looked up at him.
yeah he had to get surgery today but in a few weeks he should be good as new and be able to play with you, he said as he leaned down and he picked her up and sat her on his hip.
shes actually 6 but shes really small for her age we learned her birthday is actually very soon so we are gonna have a small party for her just the people who she knows from the rescue team and us, papa said.
but come on we should get you comfortable we have the living room set up for you so you dont have to climb up and down the stairs papa said as everyone got up and dad pulled open the couch to show a pull out bed that looked really comfy and it already had all my pillows and blankets on it. you can use the back of the couch to prop yourself up if you want to watch tv, dad said as he sat eri on back down and katsuki came over and he kissed my head and he helped me sit down and helped me move to the top of the bed and i rested against the back of the couch and izu sat next to me and he kissed my head.
you feeling okay? he asked. im not really in pain but im really sore, it just hurts to move. i said as dad pulled a small tv dinner stand next to the bed and he sat my big water cup that i got at the hospital  ( if you know you know water from those jugs just hits different) and he sat my pain killers and my antibotics next to them.
lets eri lets leave the boys alone for a while and ill take you up to your room, papa said as he and dad both walked off with her.
ill leave you boys ill come pick you up in a few days and ei honey if you need anything at all to help you with your recovery you just call me okay? mitsuki said.
i will thanks for bringing them over, i said with a smile, she came over and she kissed my head, and she walked out and katsuki came over and sat on the other side of the bed lets just watch a movie, and spend some time together but i dont see my shark can one of you get it for me pleeease? i asked.
of course babe ill go get it ill be right back just pick a movie, izu said as he got up and he ran up the stairs to my room and soon he came back down and he rested my shark in my arms and he sat back next to me as i picked a fantasy movie that had vampires, werewolves and mermaids in it, it looked really interested and they both seemed interested in it, katsuki got up and he went to the kitchen and about 15 minutes later he came back and he had a big bowl of fruit and he sat back down, i made sure to get fruit that your allowed to have during recovery so we could also have a snack during the movie, he said as he sat the bowl on my lap and i started the movie.
every so often turning to one of them and getting kisses, from both of them.
about half way through the movie i heard the sound of little feet running down the stairs and right over to us.
kat quickly grabbed the remote and paused the movie since it wasnt appropriate for her to watch.
uh-um hi we um- we st-start d-dinner-s-soon she said shyly.
thank you for letting us know eri we will go get wash up and help, izu said as he got up and he picked her up and looked at her lets go get your hands washed eri, he said giving her a smile.
she nodded and they went down the hall way.
once its closer to time to eat ill help you up and take you to wash your hands too, kats said.
i nodded and he gave me a sweet kiss and wrapped his arm over my shoulder and he ran his fingers gently through my hair and he just looked down at me and he had a loving smile on his face, and i leaned my head closer to him and i kissed him and he kissed me back lovingly, i tried to lean in for more but we were interupted by someone clearing their throat he pulled away and we both looked up and saw my dad standing there with a annoyed  but an amused look on his face, really he just came home you couldnt hold back could you bakugou? he said with a small laugh as he walked to the kitchen as eri and izuku came down the hall not far behind him and papa followed not far behind.
i will stay out here and keep him company while you guys make dinner,kat said as he rubbed my head as he turned the movie back on and i leaned my head over and i tried to lay on him but i couldnt so i sat back up and i just pouted.
whats wrong ei? he asked as he looked over at me, i want to lay on you but im restricted i cant put my head on you. i said as i kept pouting.
im sorry baby here how about i move and you can lean back into me and ill hold you the best i can, he said.
i smiled and nodded and i watched him carefully he helped me move and he climbed behind me and he sat down and he carefully helped me move i leaned back into him and he carefully wrapped his arms around my waist and he kissed my head, this better baby? he asked
i just nodded as i leaned my head back onto him.
we cuddled the best we could as we watched the movie.
the movie ended so i turned off the tv, and i just enjoyed the feeling of him holding me. hey boys dinner is ready come and eat, papa said as he popped his head out of the kitchen.
katsuki helped me get off the bed and we went to the kitchen and we sat down at the table. i groaned a bit as i sat down at the change in posture.
sorry just a little sore, i said as i shifted around to get comfortable once i did i was able to see what was for dinner.
so we figured that you still might not be feeling the best so we made something that we know you agree with but slightly different, we made pan seared fish we now you prefer grilled but we wanted to try something new so its pan seared and we did add seasonings but not a lot and we made some rice and the fruit bowl that he made is also an option, dad said.
ill um give it a try i said as katsuki cut me a piece and put it on my plate with some rice, what do you want to drink just water or juice? papa asked.
um just water is fine, i said. he nodded and he poured some into my cup for me and put a straw iin it for me so i didnt have to lift it too high.
it took me longer to eat cause i had to go a lot slower than i normally would.
i ate about 3 quaters of my fish half of my rice and a few pieces of fruit.
you did good ei you ate a lot im proud of that dad said.
i gave him a smile as i carefully stood up and i moved back to the living room, do you need anything from your room to help you get settled in for the night? papa asked.
um yeah could you bring me some pajama pants please? i asked.
yeah of course ill be back, he said and he walked up the stairs, im gonna need one of you to help me change, i said as i looked at my boyfriends.
thats okay we can help you izu said.
papa came back down and he sat the pajama pants on the end of the bed, we are gonna go get eri situated and ready for bed we will come and help you if you need it just let us know and boys as much as i know you love him and want to sleep down here with him it isnt exactly safe yet so i put your bags in him room so you can sleep in his room, he said.
they both nodded and papa got eri from the kitchen and the three of them went up the stairs so that i could get changed for bed.
katsuki helped me stand up and izuku stood behind me and held my arms so i could stay balanced and katsuki helped me get my shorts off and he pulled my pajama's on and i put my arms out asking for a hug.
they both came over and gave me gentle hugs we all shared a few kisses we will see you in the morning ei you just call one of us if you need something, izu said.
i nodded as katsuki helped me lay down and he handed me the tv remote and he kissed my head.
we love you ei, he said.
i love you guys too so much, i said.
izu pulled the blankets over me and fixed my pillows so i was in the right position, i turned on the tv and i found a show, i hit play and i watched it for while till it started to get late and i turned off the tv and i closed my eyes and i let myself fall into a restless sleep
