Here I am, in war. I'm not in the front lines, though. I'm doing spy work, kind of. I got sent to District 2, and was walking to the Capitol to do mission 'bumble bee.' When they run out of the cool animals, they resort to the basic, boring ones. So, basically kill President Snow and rescue Peeta, who managed to get back to the Capitol. His brain wasn't working right and he thought the Capitol was his friend.  He ran away, taking a drone back. It was really sad to see Katniss like this. She was sent to be mockingjay.

She really cared about Peeta. In a friendship way, not a lovers way, as she pretended to be at the beginning.

Speaking of caring about people, Han was put under sedation while I left.

I couldn't even think of what she would be like when she woke up. She was what I thought about.

Right now, I was just walking. Follow the map and just keep walking. We got here by a drone like 5 miles back. If we just straight up showed up in the city, we would be in deep trouble. Everyone would realize what we were doing and we would be tourtured, sucked info out of and killed. Not pretty. I was with six other soldiers. We were in normal clothes to lose suspicion. We were even in slightly Capitol clothes. So, not normal. My hair was slightly died. It wasn't permanent, though. It was now a dirt blond, which before was brown.

Right foot.

Left foot.

Right foot.

Left foot.

It was a habit. Conserve energy and just keep walking.

I took a sip of water and stared ahead. This was boring.

The sky line was in the distance with the electricity and slight music. Happy people. I once tried to make small talk, but was greeted with a pitiful silence. So we just walked in silence. I just thought to myself the entire time. It kept me distracted from the cramps appearing in my ribs.

I thought about Han, obviously, my Mom, I wanted to heal things with her, and Ava and Dad. I wish they could be here to see all that I had done. They would both be proud of me.

What felt like six hours later, we reached the city. We quickly tried to avoid any light or a busy place. We all took a back road meant for trucks. All without discussion. I hate the silence, but I under stood as soon as we saw. It was the scariest thing, there was old furniture, rats, homeless, old everything, and I thought the Capitol was perfect. We went on the side, avoiding the glare of the headlights of the trucks. We traveled straight to the middle of the city, through the seriously sketchy streets. Straight to kill the enemy president, a dream for many, a nightmare for me. I understand why people are mad at him, but why did I have to kill him? Well, me and my team. This is freaking me out.
