"That was amazing. Thank you, Rosie." You said with a sweet smile as you laid your head on your girlfriend's shoulder after putting your now-empty takeout box on the table.
It was her idea to order food rather than cook, because neither of you felt up to doing much on the only day off that you've both had in a couple of busy weeks.
She just chuckled and kissed your forehead, staring down at you adoringly.
"Glad you enjoyed your food. I enjoyed mine too." She said. "What should we do now, though? Anything coming to mind that you'd like to do on this nice evening?"
"Cuddle." You said with a happy hum as you buried your face in her shirt and closed your eyes.
"Cuddling sounds perfect." She grinned.
She put her arms around you and held you close as she kept her soft brown eyes on you and kept brushing her fingers across your skin.
You kept your eyes on the tv as you watched the drama you and Rosé have been wanting to see but you could feel her eyes on you every second, causing you to struggle to stay focused on watching it.
"I can feel you staring."
"And?" She asked with a giggle before kissing the crown of your head a few times. "You're so gorgeous, how can I not?"
You laughed before looking up at her, puckering your lips to give her a short but sweet kiss.
But your kisses got a little deeper and her arms got a little tighter around you as her lips moved oh so sweetly against yours.
But the sound of Hank barking from beside Rosé caused you both to jump and pull away.
"Hey, buddy," Rosie said before petting him and you did the same. "Want to go for a walk?"
He seemed to perk up at the idea.
"Give me a little while and then we'll go for a walk! Okay?" She giggled as she paid him attention, giving him some pets and kisses.
She stopped after a moment though and turned her attention back to you, her lips back on yours.
After a moment, Hank began to bark again, but this time you and Rosé tried to ignore him for a few so you could have a sweet little make-out session, something you don't get to do often and something you both desire.
As she went to lay you down, her hands gently pushing at your shoulders to get you to gently fall onto the cushion, you felt something sharp on your hand that rested on the cushion.
"Ow," you winced, pulling away from Rosie's lips.
"What happened?" She asked as she gently took your hand into hers. "Did I hurt you?"
"No. I think Hank bit me."
"Bit you? Hank!" She said loudly as she turned her attention to him. "We don't bite. You love y/n."
The bite wasn't bad, just a small one to get your attention.
He whined a little, looking at you with those sad puppy eyes.
"Oh, look. He's telling you that he's sorry."
"He probably wants your attention. I think I'm hogging you."
She laughed and began to pet his ears.
But he kept those sad eyes on you the whole time.
"Oh, okay, Hank. I forgive you."
He seemed to feel much happier, his tail excitedly moving before he began to lick the hand he bit.
"We're all good, buddy." You smiled and pet him.
"I'll take him for a walk. Feel like tagging along?"
"No. You two go. Spend some time with him."
"Okay." She said as she put her shoes on and then put Hank's leash on him, wrapping it around her hand before giving you a quick kiss. "Be back soon. Love you."
"Love you too. Have fun, be safe, and take your time!"
Hank excitedly rushed out the door with her and you couldn't help but smile, finding it so sweet how much he loves Rosie.
