I have no idea what was wrong with me, but I literally almost kicked the door open where the other 5 were waiting for us.

"Oh my god. You good there, lady?"

"Yeah?!" I pull a face at Nana before letting me fall into one of the chairs next to Renjun. "Whaddup guyz?"

Mark and Johnny take a seat as well before Chenle starts talking. "Thank you for coming. We've gathered here today to ta-"

Before he could finish his sentence, I talked right into his words. "Why do you sound like you're about to die? Is this a goodbye?"

Haechan puts his hand over my mouth to make me shut up. "Please continue, Chenle."

I narrow my eyes at Haechan who still covers my mouth with his hand. I smack it away and sit back in my chair, while listening to Chenle talk.

"As I was going to say: we've gathered here today to talk about the project works we have to do."

"Seriously Chenle?! You got me here because of homework? I'm WORKING on a very IMPORTANT case right now." I jump up from my seat and look at Mark. "I'll keep my eyes on you..."

Jisung looks back and forth between me and Mark. "What's going on between you two?"

"They acted verrrrrry sus when I went to get them. Like I entered Mark's room, and they stood there, and he was about to say something but stopped when he noticed me."

"Sus in what way? They could just have been talking." Reno shrugs his shoulders.

"Mark never stops in the middle of saying something, tho."

"Johnny got a point." Haechan looked at Mark. "You have something to tell?"

Mark started laughing and shook his head. "There's really nothing you guys have to know. I was just talking to her. That's all."

"Did you kiss?!"

"JAEMIN!!" I shout and smack his arm. "You're so annoying. All of you. Imma take a leave now."

"The project works, though."

"I don't care! Whoever got me as a partner can meet me either at my room or the library. But don't you dare get me ever again in a fricking homework meet up."

"Good luck on your case." Mark teases me.

"Shut up." I say and leave quickly. In all honesty, I already forgot about the project homework. And I clearly didn't need Chenle to remind me about it. My grades suck anyway, so whatever. I wonder who my partner is, tho. I shall find out later. I still have to solve the mystery of Mark and the Spidey Suit. That's my number one priority. Actually, food is. I'm starving.
