The sun was starting to crackle into sight as I sat on the windowsill, my legs outside. Kicking them back and forth, I leaned forward, not taking my eyes off the view.
Yang yawned, spotting me groaning. "Y/N, what are you doing? Go back to bed already. You're letting a draft in... Y/N?"
I didn't respond as Yang dragged herself out of bed, walking over and rubbing her eyes. "What ar- Oh, what the hell?"
I nodded, glancing at her, looking back to the serval airships towering over the school. "We have company."
"Is that Atlas airships?" Yang questioned, shaking Weiss. "Weiss, snow queen!"
"What?! Do you have any idea what time it is?!" She snaps, glancing out the window just as shocked. "Oh, you've got to be kidding me."
Squatted over, I continued staring, feeling uneasy. "Something isn't right here..."
"Atlas? Yeah, it's a bit extreme for them to show up like this, but this isn't too out of the ordinary for them."
"No, it's not that... I sense something else. One of me." I whisper, jumping from the window down to the courtyard.
"Y/N! You son of a Grimm." Weiss yelled, turning around. "Come on before he does something stupid."
Ruby sat up, confused. "What's going on, sis?"
"No time, come on. Y/N is in trouble!"
Blake was already up, weapons ready at the door. "Let's go."

I looked up at the airships invading, moving my wrist. One airship landed as serval atlas soldiers came storming out. Holding my hand out, I summoned a dark portal pulling out my broomstick and spinning it around. Each Atlas soldier was startled, raising their weapons at me.
"Stand down, all of you!" A voice barked. A man walked down, glancing at me, not remotely surprised. "You must be the infamous Y/N L/N I've heard so much about from Ozpin. It's quite alright, son; we are not your enemy. This is just a precaution; surely you can understand that. Atlas will not be seen as weak during these festivals. It's an extra layer of protection."
"I'm not dumb; I can easily work that part out." Leaning against the broomstick, I shrug my shoulders. "Having one of the Stages of Grief onboard your ship, though, is a different story."
"That's quite something to claim, young man." He replied, glaring at me. "Do you have proof?"
Looking at the airship, I shook my head. "No. Call it a natural instinct. Let me give a run over the ship. I'm sure I'll find something."
"That won't be necessary. I can vouch for everyone on board." The man claims.
Nodding, I raised my eyebrows, sighing. "Yeah, you see, that won't do, stranger. And now I'm starting to suspect you more and more."
I flinched, hopping back as serval glyphs appeared around me, sending icicles where I was just standing. Then, standing back up, a woman with a striking resemblance to Weiss walked out, weapon in hand. Pointing it at me, she shouted. "I will not allow you to even raise a hand to the general. Your orders, Ironwood?"
"I'm curious why Ozpin is so caught up with this child. Go easy on him."
The woman quickly rushed in, striking me serval times. Stepping out of the way of each one, I spun my broomstick back, blocking her strike. "I'd heavily advise against this; step aside for your own safety."
"I won't take orders from children. Know your place." She snapped, summoning a set of nevermores to attack.
So she can summon creatures like Bargaining? Fascinating, this must be her semblance. Adding a bit of force, I pushed the woman back, curling my hand back using the deep to create a whip made from the darkness. Striking each summoning, I destroyed all of them in a single attack.
