"Huh, that's it?" Shin asked and I nodded.

I told him that all he have to do is tell grandpa about adopting another one.

"I thought you have something more complicated that you needed my help but all I have to do is tell gramps?" He asked and I sighed.

"I get what you are trying to say but I'm not sure if grandpa would agree again this time. Although money is one problem, I don't think he can take care of another one even if I'm here to help." He said.

"Money is not a problem, I can earn like I did for Izana and you can earn too with your shop. The reason why grandpa would refuse is that there is no gain." I said.

"Gain?"

"People who mostly adopt have various reasons due to certain circumstances. One example would be to complete a family since there are people that are infertile-"

"Woah hold on a second, where did you learn that word?"

"At the public library. As I was saying, they adopt to fill the gap of being unable to bear children of their own. However, grandpa doesn't need that since he already has so many grandchildren but..." I said

"But?"

"Grandpa only has one grandchild that can impress him in the dojo and that is Manjiro. Grandpa likes to brag about his grandchildren most of the time to the other instructors at his dojo." I explained.

"I get what you're saying but how can we convince gramps with this information." He asked.

"You know Keisuke, right? He is strong and talented in martial art too and grandpa knows it. I heard one time while I was sneaking out of practice, grandpa said that he would've trained him to the bone if he was part of the family." I said.

"Eh, really?" He asked in disbelief while I nodded.

Grandpa's obsession with his dojo and martial arts roots from his past. After learning more about the Sano family, I discovered that he was once a national athlete that represented Japan in the Olympics. He has great pride when it comes to it, that's why he's proud of Manjiro.

"Now, all you have to say is that he should find a new disciple here. I'll take care of the rest." I said.

"Sounds like a plan. Alright, you can count on me" He said and gave me a head pat before we head towards gramps and the others.

Shin managed to distract the others by letting them play on the playground. I stayed and luckily, Manjiro covered for me and seems to catch on that I'm doing something important.

Although I do not believe in supernatural things, I do believe that we have twin telepathy if that's even a thing.

Shin immediately wasted no time and went on with the plan while I listened on the sideline.
