(Before the chapter starts short overlook. Tim and Marinette have known each other for two years. Then met in Paris on a monday with the rest of his family and the Kents. The group then meets Chloe. On Thursday, Mr. Pigeon attacked, on Friday the batfam met Chat Noir and got them out of their class which led to the girls figuring out their civilian identity and them revealing themselves as the designer and model behind the MDC line. On Sunday they were given the promise rings as well as their flight tickets. Then they spend the last week in paris and were confronted by Chat Noir on the next Saturday. They arrived on Sunday and Marinette and Tim have that conversation in the middle of the night, but it is theoretically monday, again.)

Laughing, Tim held Marinette in his arms as she cried into his neck, happy that he was worried for nothing. "Will you wear it right from now on?" He asked into her hair. "The ring?" Her voice was muffled but he heard her just fine. "Of course the ring. I am pretty sure I never gave you something else you can wear." He jocked. Marinette let go of him and stared ahead in horror. Then. "I forgot. Why am I so forgetful?" She screamed, efficiently waking every person in the manor, if by the slamming of doors was to go by. Shortly later his door war opened by Damian who looked very angry. "Who screams at thee in the morning?" He asked, the others behind him. Besides Chloe, but they were probably trained because of Akumas. "I have four full suitcases full of clothing from Paris for all of you and forgot to give them to you. I am having a bad friend / designer panic. I am allowed to scream." She told him in a no nonsense tone. "What clothes? I know you are our designer, but we didn't commission some, did we?" Dick asked, totally confused and half asleep. "The clothes I made for all of you as a reminder of your visit in Paris. I can't believe I forgot. I also have two suitcases for the Kents." "So, from the ten you took with you, only two actually hold your stuff?" Clarified Bruce. "Yep." She grinned up at him. "It is too early for this. I go back to bed and remind you tomorr- today when I am not asleep anymore, that you have clothes for us. Goodnight." Jason grumbled and walked back to his room. "Night Jason." The others just gave a shrug and followed the anti-hero. "You realized that you made clothes for us when we were talking about you actually wearing the ring?" She giggled and nodded, looking back down at the band in her hands. "What exactly is the promise? I don't think it would be one for marriage. Besides, each of this family is much to private for that." "You are right. It is a promise that I will survive and always come back, always be there for you and that I will keep you safe. It may not be the typical promise, but it's the one I can give being who I am." Her blue eyes shone up to him with happiness and understanding. "I will gladly wear it. What about you? You can't exactly wear one. The press would realize." That sent him laughing. "I am already wearing a matching one. The press never realized, because I don't, well didn't have a secretary, so no one to create rumors. It is really sad how blind they are if you ask me." He hold up his hand, showing the same colored band on one of his fingers. She marveled at it, then blinked. "Only short fact check. Does that mean we are dating?" He snorted. "Of course it does. But you still need to explain what you told Agreste. I actually thought for a bit that I wouldn't have a chance." "Oh, you mean the one with me crushing on someone who isn't Adrien?" He nodded, closing his door again and pulling her back to his bed, sitting against the headrest with her. "Exactly that. But first, coffee?" He asked, pointing to a thermoskanne he had beside his bed. After her confirmation, he filled two cups and gave her one before settling with the other. "Ok, now I am listening." She rested her head against his shoulder and took a sip. "You should first know some things. The first would be that Adrien came into my class when I was eleven. He had never been to a public school before and was a bit awkward. During that time, Chloe and I were on a sort of war path. Unbelievable if you see us today, I know. Either way. He and I, together with my childhood friend Nino and another new student named Alya became friends. We would do things together, set each other up with the people we were crushing on, just things friends normally do. And I started falling for Adrien. Hard, unexpected and, what I just now realized, dangerously fast. I think I became obsessed with being a girl he would like, going as far as beginning to fence in the same group as him. It wasn't healthy. I knew his entire schedule, did every sport he did, entered every fashion competition hosted by his father, I drowned in things I suddenly did. But Alya and Nino always helped me. Always got me back on track. But that changed shortly before you accidentally called that night. We got a new student. Lila Rossi, daughter of an italian ambassador and someone who lies that I am surprised she gets the answers on a test correct. She lied about knowing Jagged Stone, being best friends with Ladybug, working with Clara Nightingale, you name it. She threatened me when I called her out on it, saying that she would take my friends if I didn't fall in line. And without me even realizing, my childhood friends left me one after another. The Akuma attacks on and in my class became more frequent, I honestly don't know how often someone got angry at me because of her lies. Nor do I know how often exactly I died because of that. Some month later, I only had my parents, Alya, Nino and Adrien who believed in me. But even they became more and more distant. The first to leave was actually Alya after Lila told her she knew the Kents. Nino left not much later, wanting to stay with his girlfriend and have nothing to do with a mental bully. That was when Chloe apologized. We didn't hit of great, per se, but we worked past our differences and helped each other achieve our dream. She was the one that helped me finance the fabric for the clothes I made and in return, I let her model them. We also worked together creating my website when I was fourteen. Lila got worse. Mental went to physical and no one believed me. I always called her out on the lies, but once she got akumatized and the whole of France was gone beside Ladybug and her as aftermath, Adrien pulled me aside, telling me to take the high road so that we all could be friends again. Because her lies don't hurt anyone, were his words. I gave up on him after that. My crush died down and I again began concentrating more on myself. And then, without me even realizing, there was you. A person I never really spoke to, calling me after a meeting to rant about the people you need to work with. It was refreshing and freeing to just listen you rant, half of the things I didn't even understand. Over time, I began looking forward to these calls. Just listening to you rant or ranting myself, it was something I missed. It was something that made me happy. I didn't need to do something to make you happy. I just needed to listen. You honestly have no idea how often that probably saved me from being akumatized. I began falling again. For a person I have only seen on magazines and talked to when one wanted to rant. I fell for you without realizing it. Only after I met you on your holiday did I actually admit to myself that the possibility existed." Her shoulders shook as she curled up fully against him and cried. Carefully, bewaring of the coffee, Tim gathered her in a hug, stroking her hair to calm her down. None of them was aware that the goddess of creation knew how to work with a phone and shoot a photo of them cuddling on the bed with Loong besides her, looking as if he didn't know whether he should be happy, kill Adrien or threaten the vigilante who was currently falling asleep with their guardian in his arms.
