The twins are now 5 years old in human years, and Y/N and Elrond are taking them to Mirkwood. Y/N and the maids are trying to pack the twins things, but the twins keep running around. She asks four guards to take them to the garden and watch them, with the twins outside they get their things packed. Y/N looks at the maids and says ( I have warned my father they are hyper, but I think he will be shocked), they laugh as they hear Lindir yelling ( they are after me) they look to see the twins chasing Lindir and the guards chasing the twins.
Later that night when the twins are asleep, Y/N and Elrond pack. She yawns and Elrond giggles and says ( tired my love), she nods and says ( they weren't this hyper a few weeks ago). They finally get into bed and Elrond cuddles her, and says ( maybe your father knows how to calm them). Y/N looks at him and says ( he will scare them to calm down, that's what he did with me and Legolas) Elrond laughs, he looks at Y/N who is asleep on his chest and says ( I love you my queen).
The next day as Y/N makes sure the cart is packed with everything, Elrond and 3 guards try and get the twins out of their room. Elrond picks them up and they say ( no Ada, we want to stay), Elrond laughs and says ( don't you want to see grandpa and uncle Legolas). They nod and Elrond walks to the horses, the twins get in the cart with their maid. Y/N smiles and says ( you two behave ok), they nod and start ticking each other. Elrond says ( this will be a long journey), Y/N moans and hugs him.
After 4 days of travelling they finally get to Mirkwood, they are greeted by Legolas who says ( we were expecting you yesterday), Y/N looks at her brother and says ( blame your nephews, they like to case trouble). They get down from their horses and she lets the twins out of the cart, they jump out and start running around. Legolas looks at Y/N and says ( you weren't kidding when you said they were hyper), they shout ( uncle leggy). Y/N laughs at her brothers face, they walk to the throne room as the twins start fighting each other. Y/N shouts ( behave, or your grandpa will put you in a cell), they look at her and say ( he won't he loves us). They see Thandruill and the twins yells ( grandpa), Y/N says to Elrond ( we can run now) he laughs.
The twins run around the throne room as Thandruill says ( they are hyper, how do you cope), Y/N says (2 bottles of wine at night) Thandruill laughs. The twins tug on Thandruill's tunic and say( we are hungry grandpa), he nods and the maids take them to eat. Y/N sits on the steps going to the throne and says ( peace it's wonderful), Thandruill looks at Elrond and says ( she is exhausted) he nods and says ( everyone is, poor Lindir though about leaving). They look at Y/N who has fallen asleep, Elrond says ( i will take her to our chambers for a nap, hopefully the twins will be tired as well). Elrond picks up Y/N and carries her to the chambers, he puts her on the bed and kisses her forehead.
A week later the twins have calmed down a bit, when they see Thandruill they stop and stare at him. Y/N looks at the twins and then Thandruill and she says ( you scared them didn't you), he smirks and says ( it worked on you, and you were worse). She pouts and says ( I was an Angel when I was young), Legolas laughs and says ( sister you would run from Ada and me when it was bath time, then run down the halls naked with the maids chasing you), Elrond looks at her and laughs. She blushes and says ( I don't remember that, I must have been very young), Thandruill nods and says ( you were the twins age, you would swing from the trees upside down). She blushes more, Elrond laughs and says ( you haven't changed then). She looks at them shocked and says ( well I do take after Ada), Thandruill blushes and walks away.
It's now time to go back to Rivendell, and the twins are behaving. Y/N says to Thandruill ( can you keep them for a few days), he laughs and says ( no, they will be good, if not say grandpa is coming), she hugs him and says goodbye to everyone. They get on their horses and ride back home, the twins were well behaved all the way. Elrond says ( we should have took them sooner), she laughs and says ( you still want another one) he nods and kisses her.
