Y/N has been in Mirkwood for a month now and is missing Elrond, they have sent letters to each other, but she wants to go back to see him.
She is sitting having dinner with her Father and Brother, she looks at them and says ( I'm going back to Rivendell in two days, I miss Elrond and I need to see him). Thandruill looks at her and says ( you really do love him), she blushes and says ( yes Ada, i love him so much). Legolas smirks and says ( when is the wedding) both Y/N and Thandruill choke on their food, Thandruill looks at him and says ( not for a while I hope) she nods and gives her brother and evil look. She asks her brother ( how's your love life), she smirks at him and he looks shocked. Thandruill just laughs and says ( I miss the way you two tease each other), she stands and walks to her father and says ( i will miss you Ada, maybe Legolas).
Two days later and Y/N is saying goodbye to her father and brother, the guards of Mirkwood would escort Y/N to Rivendell. After she says her goodbyes she gets on her horse and they leave Mirkwood, they ride all day and decide to camp by a stream. They have rested for about 4 hours when they hear a horn, Y/N looks at the guards who are preparing for battle. Two of the guards come to Y/N and say ( stay with us, we have to protect you), she looks at them and says ( you forget who trained me with a sword) she pulls her 2 swords out. They get on their horses and prepare for battle, Y/N asks ( who is the fastest rider) one guard come forward and she says ( ride back to Mirkwood and tell my father what is happening) he nods and rides as fast as he can.
They see the orcs coming, the guards circle Y/n to protect her the best they can. The orcs start running towards them so the guards and Y/N ride to them, they start fighting and it seems the guards and Y/N are winning till they hear another horn. Y/N looks behind her and sees more orcs coming, she yells ( there is more coming, keep fighting). They have been fighting for hours and they are getting tired, suddenly Y/N is knocked off her horse she stands up and keeps fighting.
They fight all night and suddenly they hear hooves coming from Mirkwood, Y/N hopes it's her father with help. She is injured but keeps fighting, she fights an orc who cuts the side of her face. It laughs at her an says ( poor she-elf), she cuts its head off. She is tired and injured she falls to her knees, and hears her name just as she passes out. Thandruill and his army start fighting the orcs, once the rest of the orcs run Thandruill gives orders to find his daughter. He gets off his Elk and starts searching, one of his guards yells for the king. He sees his daughter unconscious and listens for a heart beat, he finds one and says ( we need to get her to Rivendell Elrond can help her). He picks Y/N up and carries her to his Elk, he carefully puts her in the saddle then jumps up. Half his guards follow him to Rivendell, the rest deal with the injured.
When Y/N wakes up she sees she is in her chambers in Rivendell, she turns her head and sees her father asleep in a chair. She tries to sit up but her stomach hurts, she moans just as Elrond walks in. He runs to her and says ( careful you were badly hurt), she touches the side of her face and find it bandaged. She looks away and says ( how long), Elrond says ( you have been asleep for 5 days, Thandruill won't leave your side). He turns her face to look at him and says ( I thought i lost you when your father brought you here, I'm never leaving your side again) he kisses her gently. They hear a noise and see Thandruill is awake and he says ( wait till I leave to do that), Y/N smiles and says ( I'm home ).
