The last few weeks Elrond and Y/N have been fighting, any little thing sends them into an argument. They can't talk without fighting, the kids are worried about their parents.
After another big row Y/N looks at Elrond and says ( we can't keep doing this, it's affecting the kids), he nods and paces. She looks at him and says ( i will stay in another room and then I think some time apart), he looks at her and says ( your leaving) she nods. She tears up and says ( i thinks it's best, the children will come with me) he nods sadly. She looks at him and says ( I love you) then walks out, she walks to the guess chambers and sits on the bed. She looks at her wedding ring and cries, Elrond hears her crying and tears up thinking his marriage is over.
The next day Y/N and the children are ready to leave, they say goodbye to their father and get in the cart. Elrond walks to Y/N and says ( please come back to me), she looks at him and smiles. She hugs him and says ( i will, I think we need space), he nods and she kisses him. She whispers ( I do love you), she gets on her horse and he says ( I love you too). They ride out of Rivendell, she looks back with tears falling down her cheeks.
3 days later they arrive in Mirkwood, they are riding through the woods and she says ( Legolas I know your there). They stop riding when they see Legolas and his patrol, he says ( sister I didn't know you were coming). She nods and says ( it was only decided a few days ago), he looks at her and says ( something is wrong) she nods. Legolas gets on the back of her horse and they ride to the gate, he jumps off and says ( i will tell Ada). She gets the twins out of the cart, Arwen looks at her and says ( Naneth when are we going back) she says ( i don't know yet). She holds Arwens hand as they walk to the throne room, Arwen sees Thandruill and runs to him. Y/N smiles sadly and says ( hello Ada), he smiles and says ( what's wrong). She tells him as the children chase Legolas, he holds her and says ( it will be alright star light).
A few days later and Y/N hasn't left her chambers, she sees the children and her father and brother buts that's it. She looks out of her window and thinks of Elrond, she looks down as tears fall. She hears a cough and wipes her eyes, she smiles and says ( Ada, I have missed this view). He walks to her and says ( it's alright to cry, what your going through is hard), she looks up at him and says ( what do I do, I don't want to lose him). He hugs her and kisses her forehead, he says ( your both exhausted from having 3 children and running Rivendell, this was bound to happen. But you will not lose him, you both love each other to much) she nods. He hands her a letter and says ( this came today, it's from Elrond), she reads the letter as he leaves. She smiles at what Elrond has written, she reaches the bottom of the letter and it says ( I'm coming to Mirkwood, to bring you home).
She runs to her fathers chambers and says ( Ada he is coming here), he looks at her and says ( good i will talk to him, and you should as well) she nods. She smiles and says ( I didn't know marriage was so hard), he laughs and says ( the good ones are, it means your willing to work for it) she hugs him and says ( thank you). They hear Legolas screaming ( Arwen) then hear her laughing, they walk out and see her running from Legolas who is barefoot. Y/N shakes her head and says ( she is starting the pranks again), Thandruill just giggles. She sees Legolas's boots hanging from a high light fitting, she looks at her father and says ( you helped her), he smirks and says ( she couldn't reach) she laughs and hugs him.
A few days later Y/N and the children are in the garden, Arwen is chasing her brothers and laughing. She smiles at them and sees her brother walking to her, he says ( you have a visitor). She nods and says ( I know he would be here soon), she stands and asks the guards to watch the children. She walks with Legolas to the throne room, she hears her fathers voice and then Elrond's. She looks at Legolas and says ( they are not fighting are they), he smiles and says ( not yet, but you know our father). They walk quickly and enter, Elrond turns around and sees Y/N. He smiles at her and says ( i have missed you), she smiles and says ( I missed you too). She runs to him and he hugs her, he kisses her passionately as Thandruill and Legolas moan. Thandruill says you need to talk, we will see to the children.
They walk to her chambers and Elrond says ( your father thinks we are exhausted), she nods and says ( I think we are, I can feel it ). He nods and sits down, he looks at her and says ( so can I). She smiles and says ( we haven't spent a lot of time together), he nods and says ( you and the children are my number one priority, but Rivendell has gotten in the way). She sits next to him and says ( then let me help, the children can entertain themselves. Let me help you with Rivendell). He smiles at her and says ( yes my love), she sits in his lap and strokes his cheek. They look into each other's eyes and kisses hard and passionately, he picks her up and takes her to the bed not breaking the kiss. He lays her down on gets on top of her, she smiles at him and pulls him down and kisses him with passion. They remove each other's clothes, both panting from the kissing. He looks at her and says ( you are so beautiful my love), she smiles and says ( take me my lord).
After they cuddle up in bed and he says ( we haven't done that in a while) she smiles and straddles him and says ( maybe the fighting was frustration), he sits up and kisses her. She moans against his lips, he smirks and says ( ready for more) she giggles and says ( yes). Later that evening they walk to the dining, Elrond giggles as Y/N can hardly walk. She looks at him and says ( it's your fault), he laughs and says ( you enjoyed my love) she blushes. They enter the room and the children yell (Ada), they hug him a Y/N walks to her seat. Thandruill and Legolas look at each other and smirk, she looks at them and says ( oh shut up).
