**Zara, two weeks later**

"Just tell me how you make them so good." Zayn whines as I finish putting together the last Bento box.

"No, it's my secret. Now go away and bother your boyfriend." I respond shooing him away.

"Fine, I'm taking one of your milks with m-"

"No." I cut him off immediately, and he huffs in annoyance, taking one anyways and leaving the kitchen.

I'm gonna do Karate on him. And chop him in the face.

Watch. I will.

For reals.

As I put the lid on the Bento box, my phone buzzes on the counter next to me. I grab it, picking it up and answering the facetime from Andre.

"Hey-"

"Zara, I'm outside. You need to come down, right now." Andre says, and I furrow my eyebrows.

"Why? What's wrong?" I ask, immediately assuming the worst.

Kade just died.

I'm gonna cry. right now.

"Kade texted me, he said he needs us both to come over, like right now. So, I'm here to get you."

Okay, not crying anymore I'm good.
Still worried, but Kade isn't dead so I'm good.

"Okay, here i come." I respond, and he nods before I hang up. I grab the bento boxes and run to the front door, grabbing my shoes without putting them on and running out of the Apartment without saying bye to anyone.

Andre and I pull into Kade's driveway, seeing both of his Lambos in the driveway parked the they usually are. We get out, and I look at the house worriedly.

Nothing looks off.

"Did he say what's wrong?" I ask, and he shakes his head. We walk up the steps, and I don't bother knocking and instead just open the front door and walk in.

We both stop mid-step, seeing Kade pacing back and forth through the living room, a small boy in his arms.

Oop-

Okay.

So, am I a step-mom?

That's okay, I guess...

Unless, it's Mya's kid.

No, I'd still love it.

Oh my god, I'm a mom.

This is crazy.

"Who's fucking kid is that, Dude?" Andre exclaims, and I immediately shush him, cautious of the sleeping toddler.

"Thank fucking god, take it. Please." Kade exclaims, and I hand Andre the things in my arms as Kade passes the boy to me. He whines softly, and I shush him as I tighten my hold on him carefully, looking up at Kade.

"So, I'm not gonna like freak out or anything. But am I a step-mom?" I whisper to him, and his eyes widen.

"No? What the fuck, No." He quickly shakes his head. "That's- My dad dropped him at my door step. He was crying, I didn't know what to do so I picked him up and he fell asleep and now...I can't reach my dad." He sighs, running a hand down his face.

"Is this your brother?" I ask in confusion, looking down at the small Toddler, who's head is resting on my shoulder while his legs and arms are wrapped me securely.
