3:23 AM.

you woke up. when you opened your eyes, you noticed you were at the dining table. a whole bunch of notes and papers were scattered all over the place, and a lonely, cold cup of coffee was sitting in front of you. you took a sip of the coffee and surprisingly, it still tasted good.

your back began to hurt. ughh why did i have to fall asleep in that position? you decided to go to your bedroom; a more comfortable place to sleep.

the moment you laid down, you began to doze off. the 'dreaming phase' of your slumber began.

what seemed like an embodiment of a human started walking up to you. the closer he got, the more familiar he became. once he was close enough, he leaned in towards you, and whispered something in your ear.

"i love you, y/n."

the boy turned and ran away. you caught a blurry glimpse of his appearance at the very least. a streak of red hair.

you tried to chase after him, but your dream ended too soon. you woke up again. you checked the time on your phone; 3:47 AM.

you decided to get a glass of water, due to the extreme dryness in your throat.

when you opened your room door, you looked around. kazuha was still asleep on the couch. he was in a goofy-looking position. i guess the best way to describe it would be 'starfish'.

you retrieved your water and returned to your room. you took a few sips and went back to bed.

you really do have weird dreams.

6:17 AM.

after less than three hours of sleep, you woke up once again. you glanced at the plushies kazuha won for you last night. you smiled. this time, it looked like the sun was beginning to rise. dim rays of sunlight passed through your window.

you decided to take sesame to the park. it wouldn't be too crowded, and you could have some alone time. you also thought it'd be nice to get some fresh air.

you changed into a comfortable outfit and put on a hoodie. when you exited your room, you saw kazuha sleeping on the couch. you remembered what happened last night; he tried rewatching the entire ouran highschool host club series but fell asleep after two episodes.

you picked up sesame and grabbed your keys. as you walked out the door, you heard someone call your name.

"y/n? where are you going?"

you turned around to see kazuha sitting on the couch, half-asleep.

"i'm taking sesame to the park. wanna come?"
welp- no more alone time. but that's okay, since it's kazu i'm asking.

he hummed and rubbed his eyes. "lemme go wash my face first."

6:34 AM.

both you and kazuha felt lazy today. you were just sitting on the swings, watching sesame roll around in the dirt.

you were silent, and so was he. all you could hear was the howling of the wind.

"uh y/n- do you have a crush on anyone?" kazuha asked.

another strong gust of wind passed through the park, whacking your hood off of your head. kazuha got up and fixed your hair, then put the hood back on.

"uh- you don't have to answer the question if you don't want to."

"hmm.. honestly, there's someone i'm interested in."
