13. a rival

your first weekend being in a relationship with kazuha passed by quite fast. it was already monday, your day of detention!

6:32 AM.

"y/n, love, wake up! we gotta get ready for school." kazuha gently uttered.

"5 more minutes..." you mumbled, rolling to the other side of your bed.

aaaand kazuha attacked you with loads of kisses. "i'll keep on kissing you until you wake up, y/n."

"i won't be waking up then, hehe."

your boyfriend swiftly picked you up, and took you to the kitchen. "i'm gonna make breakfast. take a shower or wait there." he pointed to the couch.

since when was kazuha 10x more reliable than last week?

"yes kazu my bae my love my dear my beloved my dearest my boyfriend my world my star my sunshine my everything my poo my babe my loml my-"

"I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE- GO SHOWER!" kazuha yelled, flustered and extremely red.

"KAEDEHARA Y/N!" he scolded you, replacing your last name with his to tease you.

immediately, you rushed to the bathroom, just as flustered as kazuha was.

it was only the third morning of your relationship, yet so much stuff has changed. wow 😱

once you finished your breakfast, the two of you headed to the train station, following your day-to-day routine.

your hand brushed against kazuha's as you strolled down the sidewalk. he paused.

"something wrong?" you asked him. his response was a simple glance at your hand.

then he intertwined his fingers with yours.

"oh okay."

the two of you continued your journey to school, hand in hand. kazuha used his other hand to cover his face, due to his excessive amount of blushing. (i love him)

by the time you entered the school building, you and kazuha were still holding hands.

"damn. pda already?" xingqiu teased you two.

"shut up. go make out with chongyun or something-"

"class, listen up!" unfortunately, you were interrupted by your teacher. "we have a new student coming in today."

a boy familiar to kazuha, venti, aether, and xiao walked into the classroom.

"the name's shikanoin heizou! nice to meet you people." the boy announced. "i hope we'll be great friends by the time we graduate."

"alright then. since we have a new student, let's do a seating change! i'll have you all pick out numbers from a box. the number placement will be displayed on the blackboard momentarily." the teacher said.

please let me get a seat next to kazu. PLEASE. you thought. you then walked up to the teacher's desk, and picked out a number. MANIFESTING!!

you closed your eyes, and opened them to look at your number. "number 15. alright." you whispered to yourself.
