(sorry there's a lot of POVs in this chapter)
Simon's POV
I frowned as Josh got in the car, his face had a red handprint on it.
"Josh seriously, what did you do after I left?" I asked, placing my hand on his cheek.
"Simon it doesn't hurt anymore don't worry, plus it was worth it. What I did was the last resort. I'll tell you about it when we get to yours I promise. For now I'm just excited to leave" he smiled.
"You sure you're okay Josh?" My dad asked him as we began driving.
"Definitely, I thought I would feel upset about being kicked out, but I've never been happier" he assured him.
"That's great" he nodded before changing the subject "I now see what Simon meant about your styles being polar opposites"
"Yeah it's weird how alike but different we are" Josh nodded before turning to me "it's weirder seeing you dressed like this though"
"Do I look bad?" I asked nervously.
"No, no that's not what I meant. It's just I've never known you to wear stuff like this, I didn't even know you owned these sort of clothes" he explained.
"Yeah, I do. I don't wear them. I'm only wearing them now because I didn't want to flash you when I climbed out of your window" I laughed.
Josh's POV
We pulled up at Simon's house and began getting my bags out of the car. Simon ran them upstairs whilst I headed through to the kitchen with his dad to meet his mum.
"Hi, it's so lovely to meet y- did somebody hit you?" She asked worriedly.
"Oh, plan a didn't work, plan b worked but it came with that risk. It's fine I'm okay now" I smiled.
"Okay, well it's lovely to meet you, honestly it's so nice to meet another person Simon cares about deeply" she surprised me by giving me a hug.
"He talks about me?" I grinned.
"He hasn't shut up since you agreed to moving in" she laughed "Well I'll let you go upstairs to spend some time with him and settle into the guest room, we can talk more over dinner"
"Okay thank you so much, I really appreciate this from you guys" I smiled.
"No need to thank us, you just make yourself at home"
I headed upstairs to where Simon was, sitting on the guest room bed. He'd just taken up the last of the bags.
Simon's POV
"Josh are you sure you're alright? She hit you hard, your face is still red" I frowned. I was worried he was just playing off it bothering him.
"Kiss it better then" he said jokingly "Honestly, I'm really okay"
"What did you do?" I asked nervously.
"I found this so funny, I had to try not to laugh. I knew how mad she'd get. So you know she said door open?" He grinned "I locked it, played a video, made her think I was fucking you pretty much. She flew off the handle and immediately kicked me out"
I felt my whole face go warm. I was stunned speechless, and then I realised what he'd said.
"Wait, who says that you'd fuck me?" I scowled "I'm offended by that assumption"
"Simon you cannot convince me that you're a top, not in a million years" he snickered.
"Hey!" I pouted "You don't know that"
"Fine, try convince me" he grinned.
My heart was racing, but in that moment? I couldn't resist.
I tangled my fingers into his hair, kissing him with force, pulling at the black locks slightly. I ran my other hand down his back to his waist, pulling him toward me.
Josh grinned for a moment before breaking away ever so slightly, his lips only millimeters from mine. His eyes were fixated on them as he whispered.
"Nice try"
He placed his hand around my neck as he looked into my eyes and I felt my breathing shift dramatically. I was so taken aback. His other hand squeezed my thigh.
His lips grazed mine momentarily before he gently bit my lower lip, then pulling away completely and releasing his hand from my neck.
"And that's why you're not a top" he grinned. He didn't look even the slightest bit fazed. I however was a breathless, blushing mess "What? You okay Si?"
"Shut up, I'm gonna let you unpack" I said quickly before heading to my own room.
I couldn't believe what just happened.
