-Butterfly Estate-

The two Kakushi who are carrying Tanjiro and the box who is where Nezuko was go to Butterfly Estate to take them to be treat and they where able to encounter one of the tsuguko of the Hashira and it was Tsuyuri Kanao tsuguko of the Insect Hashira and they where able to go inside with the help of Aoi one of the helper in the Butterfly Estate

??: IYAAAHHH!!! I DON'T WANNNTTT TO DRIIINNKKK ITTT!!!!!!

??: IT SOO STINKK!!!!!

They were able to hear a scream of it and when they open the door it was Zenitsu who is refusing to drink his medicine because of the taste of it and they talk about how are they and about their injuries 

And while they are talking and with another slayer that they save who is Murata two of the Hashira came in the Butterfly Estate after the Hashira meeting that make them able to hear what Murata telling to Tanjiro and the others

Murata: Do you know that Hashira presence is so scary (get shiver)

Suddenly the door open and it was Shinobu who is with Hayato who came with her because he want to visit and spend time with Shinobu

Murata: Hashira-sama! Kocho-sama and Ishiki-sama hello and goodbye! (and walkout)

Shinobu: Ara ara~ Sayonara (smile at Murata)

Hayato: ...

Shinobu: How are your injuries? 

Tanjiro: We are much more okay now because of the medicines (smile at Shinobu)

Shinobu: Oh my~ Is that so then maybe after you recover you will be able to go and do the rehabilitation training (smile at the three)

Tanjiro: Rehabilitation training..?

Shinobu just smile at them and ignore about Tanjiro's question about the training that they will do after

And while Shinobu finish to check them they are almost to go when Tanjiro call Hayato about what he did to Nezuko

Tanjiro: Uh! Ishiki-san thank you for protecting my sister (smile and bow his head to Hayato)

Hayato: (stop at the door) Don't thank me, I even don't intend to save or help your sister, don't think that I accept your sister just because I unconsciously stop Shinazugawa to hurt your sister

Hayato say it coldly to Tanjiro and that make Zenitsu shiver because of it and even Inosuke who is laying down also feel it

And before Hayato go with Shinobu he call Aoi and ask a favor since Aoi is in the room where the Tanjiro and the other are

Hayato: Aoi 

Aoi: Hai! Nii-san?

Hayato: Can you get the snacks the one in the kitchen that in the basket and bring it to Shino's room and if you can also get us some drink please and after you do that you can share with the three chibi and Nao the thing that I brought yesterday so that you can eat it with them since I brought it for you all

Aoi: I understand Haya-nii (smile at Hayato)

Kiyo & Naho & Sumi: Yay!!!

And the three little kids run to Hayato and hug him and Shinobu chuckle at this

Kiyo & Naho & Sumi: Thank you Haya-nii!! (smile at Hayato)

Hayato: (bend down) Your welcome and share it well with your two nee-chan okay? And don't fight about it since it is more than enough on you guys and don't forget to help Aoi to clean after you eat (smile under his mask and patted the three heads)

Kiyo & Naho & Sumi: Hai!! 

Hayato: Let's go Shino

Shinobu: Hai~ (smile sweetly to Hayato)

And Hayato finally left and go to Shinobu's lab where she do of her poisons and medicine and Shinobu just smile at Tanjiro and follow Hayato

The three surprised on how he change attitude when he talk to Aoi and the three little kids and make them forget about how he talk to Tanjiro about helping Nezuko

Zenitsu: H-How?! He just like a different person and I can't even hear his emotion or heart well 

Tanjiro: Even me I can't smell his emotion like he was able to hide it 

Aoi: I can say that you are surprised about the sudden change of how Haya-nii talk to us and to you

Tanjiro: Ye-yeah... And I can't even smell his emotion

Aoi: I can say that he is Haya-nii, and I can tell it to you don't even make the things that will make Haya-nii annoyed or mad and I will also tell you this you can see Haya-nii here very often since he visit here often and even stay here like when Shinobu-sama is not here and have a mission 

Tanjiro: Is that so I can tell that Ishiki-san is a really food person (smile)

Kayo: Of course! Nii-chan is really kind that even stay with us when Shinobu-sama is not here and even sometimes tell us story and even cook for us 

Sumi & Naho: That's right! That's right!!

Aoi: I will be back later for your medicines that is why please behave well 

Aoi: And please don't cause a problem especially Haya-nii is here he will not let is aside like nothing
