Gabriel D'Angelo's P.O.V.

"Papa where are we?" My son asked as he looks at me with curiousity in his eyes.

I smile at him, an angel thats what he is to me. My angel.

"At your nonna's home country" i answered as i push our belongings towards the exit.

My princess on the arm of my wife sleeping peaceful.

She must have been exhausted, my princess don't really like travelling that much she gets jetlag.

"Philippines?" I chuckle as his still thick accent makes his pronounciation cuter just like him.

Nonetheless i nodded "yeah philippines" i repeated heaving heavily as my heart pound so hard against my chest.

Nervous. Thats what im feeling, antagal na simula nung umuwi ako dito. Its been what? A decade perhaps or i think it was more than that.

Im already 43, who would have thought na makakabalik pa ko?

"Papa why are they staring?" he asked in a low whisper as he finally notice the eyes that are unbashfully staring at us.

I chuckle at his innocent question, he still dont know the beauty he beholds "let them stare snow as long as they don't do you any harm its fine"

I hail a cab once we finally made it outside but just as i finish piling all our luggage at the back of the car with the help of the driver someone uttered my name.

"Gabgab?" Agad akong lumingon to see who called me kahit pa nabosesan ko na kung sino yun.

It was freya, well i guess ill see some of them sooner than later, i expected just as much.

"Sige kuya sandali lang sunod ako" sambit ko sa driver bago salubungin ang naglalakad na si freya papunta sakin.

Sinalubong ko sya sa isang yakap, she laugh melodically as she hug me just as tight as i was hugging her.

"Sabi na! I knew it was you!" Puno ng pagmamalaki niyang saad as soon as we parted from the hug.

I can only listen with a smile while observing her briefly.

Wala halos pinagbago sa kanya, aside from the fact that she grew even tanner and fitter.

Still as beautiful as i last saw her.

"Bat di mo sinabing uuwi ka edi sana nakapaghanda kami" she said as she gave me an accusing look as if not telling them is a crime making me laugh lightly.

Still a good person and a friend to me, mali akong isipin na magbabago pakikitungo nila sakin...atleast i know that freya didnt change.

"Frey una na muna ako ..uhm here number ko yan just call me to set for a catch up date" napasimangot siya pero agad ding tinanggap ang card.

I hug her briefly at nagmamadali ng sumakay ng taxi.

Paglingon ko tulog na ang magiina ko, sa passenger seat ako habang sila sa likod.

It took awhile para makapag adjust sila but they eventually did.

I was called to the hospital i was transferred to, bukod sa maganda ang offer i also wanted to go back here...
