We started following her when we realized she was using her job as a way to get to young foster children, we have been building a case against her and we now have concrete proof of various criminal acts involving the foster children, but the murder of her husband and the arson was set by a few boys she had drugged and had her way with them and she is using the videos to have them do her bidding. We also know that she has been placing children in unqualified foster parents situations were horrible at all of them and yet she placed them there. We have witnesses that prove certain couples had sex with the young children and teens they were given as foster children. She made out like a bandit. We removed all the children from there care and Jack Hyde one of her boy toys turned guard of the potential placements of hers. We have the Lincoln company being watched closely along with potential traffickers of children. It is very bad, victims have been found and they are being cared for by loving and caring people at this time. I have alerted Ethan Kavanagh that he will soon see his sister again. I have asked him to keep a low profile until I bring her to where he is. We eliminated him as a suspect in the arson. We have the rest of them dead to rights and we are going to bust Elena at her auction that will be happening soon. She wasn't able to get Mini Mouse, Kate Kavanagh, Barney Miller or Jose Rodriguez thanks to dr Flynn. Actually I think Dr Grace Grey had something to do with that. It was her that alerted me to the evil one, she just sensed that Elena had been doing things to her charges, but as much as she tried they wouldn't talk even when dr Flynn stepped in they were even more frightened. Stewart knows who I am and he has been trying to do his work, Elena's work and trying to investigate as well, but he just couldn't and finally called someone as well. Not sure how long ago, but it took Dr Grey and Dr Flynn along with foster children complaining as well to get us to start gathering evidence of our own.

I recognize both the new employees and I know Michael is here to save the foster children from Elena and whatever she might do to the ones she has targeted. I say hi to both Elizabeth and Michael and go my own way. Stewart had told me his plan to ensure that Elena worked her ass off until he fired her and she was arrested. I was let in on what was going on just not all the reasons for it all. I just hope there aren't any more victims.
A month later a human trafficking ring was found and a lot of children were found along with women that had been reported missing. It made the news over and over again foster parents and staff at children's home were arrested along with peopke attending an auction of human beings. We got the Morton's, Mrs Lincoln, Jack Hyde and several police officers and some public officials.

As soon as I saw that Elena was arrested and it was safe to come out to see Kate I called her and she invited me over to her foster home. It took me fifteen minutes to get to their home. I was thrilled she was placed in a safe home. Elena and the others weren't given bail so they weren't going to be getting out even after they were tried for their crimes. Elena ordered the arson to the apartment complex where our parents died just to get me and the children who lived there so she could auction us off. Soon after I got to Kate and the Johnson family home it was great. They even invited me to live in their guest room. David and Diane are great. Jose Rodriguez is very close to Kate just a bit intense about his hobby, oh not so much a hobby as it is his chosen vocation.

Ethan told us why he went into hiding it was because of Elena and he explained that she had tried several times to get him into her car and went so far as to try to get him picked up as a runway. I believe every word he said, because he also said she was watching Kate, I saw the woman and was concerned about her and it was more than once. I found out that Kate had reported it to her caseworker because she recognized her from the hospital and somewhere else as well as around her apartment complex. Ethan said he had heard of her and now experienced some of her behavior, but he heard more from other friends of his.
Diane
After the story we decided he would be better off staying with us because of our security system. David agreed with me and we had him go get his things from Grey Construction company. He made a call and told his boss he found his sister and he is moving into the home she is staying in for now. What's one more mouth to feed. Plus Kate is thrilled to have him here with her. I know she grieves for her parents as does Jose, but now she knows her brother is alive and safe.
Elliott
Ethan is moving in with his sister and her foster parents it is an amazing story and good timing because my insurance company was getting on me about him living on the site and was going to cancel my insurance if I allowed him to stay any longer. So things worked out very well for everyone involved. He reported to work bright and early and with a packed lunch. He smiled as he said mrs Johnson had made him a very delicious sandwich and included his favorites in the lunch box. It was hard not to laugh at him about it thought I recall mom doing that for me.
