"Percy Jackson! Put me down!" I shout smiling. "You are messing with the wrong person!"
"Not until we get to the lake!" he shouts as he runs down the beaten path. Once we arrive he puts me down and jumps in, expecting me to follow. Ha! As if I would do that! I sit there staring at the water until he finally comes up.
"How long was I down there?" he shouts cheerfully.
"Not long enough."
"Aw come on wise girl! Come in the lake." He gives me that cute baby seal face that I love so much.
"No thanks." I say as I get on my stomach and lie down, breathing in the fresh salty air and observing the sunset reflecting off the water. I gaze into Percy's sea green eyes and drown in them.
"Please?" I can feel myself giving in but I somehow manage to shake my head. "Fine, have it your way." he says as he sinks back under the water. I frown and just sit there waiting for him to come up when a huge wave comes and pulls me in, down to the bottom of the lake. Percy is just sitting there smiling.
"You are such a seaweed brain." I mouth but I go sit by him and he forms an air bubble. I shrink into his shoulder and hug him. "Percy? I love you."
"I love you too." he says as he leans down and kisses me. I deepen the kiss and it soon ends up with us both without our shirts on. "Do you want to keep going?" I nod and you know what happens then.
