Yuzu's POV
"Yuzu..." she whispered to my ears that trembled on my spine.
"Hum...", I responded.
"I need to pee," she just smiled.
"Go ahead...", I do not want to leave her.
"You must take your hands off me to go," she smiled.
"Uh... sorry", I replied and moved my hands from her shoulders.
I want to stay that way forever. I'm glad to know Mei likes me, too. But it doesn't mean she's in love with me. I need her to know how much I care about her. I wanna take her to date.
"Earth to Yuzu... What are you thinking?", Mei suddenly scared me to jump.
"You scared me, Mei...", I snorted.
"What is going on in that stupid mind", she hit my forehead.
"Ow... it's not anything,"
She nodded and said, "That face... you make that face when you think... what is it?"
She won't stop until I tell her what it is, "mei..."
"Yes .."
"Willyougoonadatewithme?", I rambled.
"What? Breathe first and tell me," she smiled, which means she understood what I said.
"Uhhh... do you want to go out with me?" she gave a look I didn't get.
'If you do not want... fine... ", she stopped me with a kiss, "I would love to..."
Mei's POV:
I am so nervous. I called Himeko and tortured her to choose me a dress. I'm wearing a long skirt and a longsleeved shirt. Yuzu asked me to wear a simple outfit.
I heard a knock at my door and opened and she was beautiful. She showed up with jeans and a white T-shirt... it was simple, but she looked graceful.
"Mei, you look gorgeous", she led me outside holding my hand... I locked my house and we went to her car. She opened the passenger seat door, so I made fun of her.
"You look sweet," she kissed my cheek and got in the car and started driving.
"Where are you taking me?" I said to her and she smiled.
"You'll know", She said and concentrated on the road. Our destination came in ten minutes. That's the same lake we used to go to when we were kids. And we had a favourite tree where Yuzu use to climb and I use to yell at her asking me to come down.
"You didn't" I stared at her surprised.
"Yes, I did," she already made arrangements for a picnic there with a blanket and food by the tree.
Yuzu's POV:
She sat in the blanket.
"You got my favorite cotton candy...", she sounded like a kid.
We talked a lot and we didn't notice the time.
"Yuzu, we have to get back."
I dropped Mei off at her place and went back to my place. Today was a beautiful day. But is that so?
My phone rang and when I checked, I got texts from an unknown number with photos of me and Mei at the lake.
"Who the hell is it?" I tossed my cell phone against the wall.
