I was standing in the middle of the grocery aisle trying to decide what to cook for dinner. I really wanted it to be special. I decided not to chance making something new and opted for a dish I'd made for my family on special occasions, lechon kawali. I picked up some roast pork, tomatoes, sweet onions, patis, and Hawaiian salt. I decided to make chocolate and peanut butter brownies for dessert and selected a bottle of Moscato.

Again, I was dealing with the dilemma of what to wear. After the previous night's events, I wanted to dress sexily enough to drive him a little crazy, yet still subtle. That was a difficult combination to put together. I decided on white denim shorts and a teal floral top. Just in case, I also made sure to wear a matching bra and panty set. Who knew what was going to happen?

I arrived at Hoseok's studio at 5:00pm. He wore long gray sweats and an oversized t-shirt. He looked so cute. He immediately kissed me hello and grabbed the grocery bags.

"Hey, Sunshine! I've been waiting to see you all day," he said with his usual big smile.

"Me, too."

"Do you need any help with the cooking?"

"No, thank you. I've got it. I just need a large skillet, a cutting board, and a couple of bowls. Oh, and thanks for already making the rice."

He quickly got the items I requested and then put on some music. This time he chose hip hop music and started dancing in the middle of the room. Small basic moves at first; you could tell he was just warming up. It was hard to prepare the ingredients and not want to watch him at the same time. His dance movements were so fluid and precise. He was very captivating. I didn't think he noticed me watching him; it was like he was dancing in his own world.

"Wow, you dance really well! Wish I could move like that," I exclaimed.

"You can. It just takes practice. I'll teach you if you want," he offered.

I smiled with anticipation. "Sure, I'd love to be able to dance with you."

"Great! You will be my first student," he said while he danced his way to me in the kitchen.

"Okay, but I need to finish cooking first. Dancing with a sharp knife is not wise. Go back and dance in the living room area," I ordered.

"Fine, but we're definitely dancing later this evening. Starting with the basics, slow dancing," he said with a sly smile.

He continued to dance while I cooked. I chopped up the roast pork, onions and tomatoes, then quickly fried the onions then added the roast pork. After about 5 minutes, I added the tomatoes, rock salt, and patis and cooked for a couple more minutes.

"OMG, that smells so good, Sunshine!" he exclaimed. "What did you make?"

"It's called lechon kawali, a Filipino dish I usually make for family gatherings."

"It smells really good. Can't wait to try it!"

His phone began to ring. He saw that his mom was video calling him.

"Annyeong eomeoni!" he greeted her happily.

"Hello, Hoseok! Please use your English. I want to hear how good it is."

"Okay, mom. How are you doing today?" he asked.

"Very well. I'm just calling to see how you're doing. Can't a mother call her son?"

"I'm good. There's actually someone I'd like you to meet." He turned the phone toward me in the kitchen. I panicked slightly because I wasn't prepared to meet his mom.

"Mom, this is my girlfriend Y/N," he introduced. "She's cooking dinner for us right now."

"Hi, it's nice to meet you," I said nervously, wiping my hands with a towel. God, I hoped I looked presentable.
