Authors note: just a cute a simple dream story. 

You sighed, staring at the question on the page blankly. Your teacher had finished teaching for the day and given you the rest of the class to work on the assignment.

As much as you didn't mind the extra time to work on it, the end of the day was drawing near and you were feeling rather hungry. Propping your elbow onto the desk, you rested your chin on your hand as you stared out the window.

The sound of knocking echoed throughout the room, but you ignored it, thinking nothing of it. People often stopped by to talk to your teacher anyways.

"Keep working, everyone," your teacher said.

The sound of their footsteps leaving brought up ripples of conversation.

Deciding to take their advice, you turned back to the question in front of you.

Scrawling down the answer, your (E/C) eyes slowly moved onto the next question. There was a tapping on your desk, and you looked up, surprised by the sight.

Toji was sitting down at the desk in front of you. Turning to face you, his (E/C) eyes sparkled as he grinned your way.

"Someone is working hard," he said. "How's the assignment going?"

You reached over to pull him closer even with the desk between the two of you.

"What are you doing here?" you whispered, alarmed. You could feel the eyes of curious students on the two of you. Toji was not in this class, yet here he was.

"I got permission from the teacher, no worries," Toji reassured you. He ruffled your (H/C) hair. "I thought I'd drop by and give you something."

He moved back, reaching into his bag and presenting a small bag of cookies. Offering them to you, you happily accepted and took a bite. As expected, Toji has become your favorite.

"How did you know?" you asked, smiling. You took another cookie, munching on it. You didn't care if anyone else was watching at this point, you needed food. Besides, all they would see was how considerate and caring your boyfriend was.

"You didn't have much of your lunch," he pointed out. "I thought you'd be hungry."

"Thank you so much," you cooed. Leaning forward, you pecked his cheek.

"Anything for you," Toji replied. "Want to grab something after class too? I'll treat you for working so hard."

"You are the best boyfriend ever."
