Zenin Maki x reader

It was the morning of your first day at your new school, you would be attending with your best friend.

She Is your cousin who convinced you to go after you wanted to switch due to being bullied. The bullying didn't get to you though, you had to leave because you punched two kids in the stomach and kicked another in his private area.

*beep beep beep* 'HOLY FRICK I HAVE SCHOOL TODAY'.

You jumped out of bed after realizing you had forgotten to prepare for the day. Because last night you were too busy playing video games, then went straight to bed.

You quickly ran to the bathroom and took a shower. When you came out, you put on your uniform the school provided and grabbed a bag to fill as much random stuff you thought you would need.

You left the house while grabbing a piece of toast your mother already prepared.

When you got to the bus stop you called Nobara. "Hey y/n '' she said.'' Hi Nobara, I'm at the bus stop you told me to meet at '' you informed me. "OH WAIT I'LL BE THERE IN LIKE 5 MINUTES I'M SORRY I FORGOT IM STILL IN BED" Nobara yelled and hung up.

'well I guess I had nothing to worry about now I can just blame Nobara aha'

After 10 minutes of waiting for Nobara she finally came all sweaty. "hey let's go" she said while grabbing your arm and pulling you towards the school.

'how is she not tired right now I feel like passing out-' your thoughts got interrupted by your supposed teacher. "hello there you must be y/n, I'm your new teacher Gojo Satoru. You can go to your room and then meet me later" he said. "oh hi nice to meet you, thanks I'll see you soon" you said while Nobara continued to drag you around.

When you got to your room you put down your stuff and sat on the bed for a bit 'I don't have much to do now but I Don't wanna see my teacher right now I guess I'm gonna walk around'.

While you were walking around you saw a group of 3 people well 2 'IS THAT A PANDA WOW HE GOT SKILLS THO DAMM'

You were observing the group when a certain someone caught your eye. She had nice short green hair and wore purple glasses, you thought her combat skills were really good. You continued to stare when somebody called out your name.

"y/n gojo sensei is waiting for you" a boy with black spiky hair called out. "oh yeah, ok thanks I'll go to him right now" you responded and made your way to his office.

You got to Gojo sensei's office to see 3 other students including Nobara. One was the spikey haired boy from earlier and the other had an undercut with a little less spiky pink hair.

"So y/n, since you are already accepted, let's go on our first mission with the other first years and Maki, a second year, who is late." Gojo suggests with a little annoyance at the end.

'not gonna lie I'm proud no one pointed out I was late, see I'm already giving a good impression'. You were lost in your thoughts when the second year finally arrived "sorry I'm late I was busy doing stuff" Maki apologized. 'WOAH I'M GONNA GO ON A MISSION WITH HER, NICE'. "Ok then let's get going now' ' Gojo instructed.

You guys walked to what looked like an abandoned building. "here you guys go, inside is a grade 2 curse for you all to exercise." Gojo exclaimed.

We all walked in together 'what if there are homeless people, oh wait they probably ded lol'. "Let's go in pairs, I'll go with new girl. I wanna see what she's got." Maki instructed. 'Well now I guess I actually have to try great, but I Mean I don't mind'.

The two of you walked together till you heard some weird noises nearby. That was when Maki ran towards the sound, you were caught off guard but managed to move forward as well. On your way you lost sight of Maki so you had to figure out where to go. 'I wish these uniforms were more comfortable, hold up I SEE IT WOW GREAT JOB Y/N! but now I need to exorcise this'.

You walked close to the curse which looked oddly familiar. Right then, suddenly you get hit with old memories that stop you from moving.

~flashback~

You were walking home from school and got to your house. It was your parents anniversary and you stopped at the bakery to buy a cake.

"I'm home" you announced when you open the door, but there was no response which was unusual. So, you walked upstairs to see your mother outside her bedroom terrified. 'uh what happened'. You opened the bedroom and dropped the cake you were previously holding.

In Front of your eyes was a big green blob holding your father's right limb in one hand and the rest of his body in the other.

You slammed the door and pulled your mother outside the house. This action was one of the things you regretted the most and would never forgive yourself for.

~ end of flashback ~

The blob curse was inches away from grabbing you, but you were unable to move 'I'll be right there father don't worry, I hope this will help you forgive me'. You had accepted your fate, when the curse was exorcised.

Behind you was Maki "hey hey are you ok what happened? why are you crying?" Maki questioned worried while she cupped your face with her hands and rubbed away the tears you had not noticed away with her thumbs.

"yeah, yeah I'm fine, I'm sorry" you spoke startled. "Ok then let's report back to Gojo sensei" Maki said while walking away.

'woah that just happened...I need to get better at my combat skills, maybe I should ask Maki senpai for help later'. You were lost in thought again while walking close behind Maki towards the exit.
