You clapped your hands together, excited to see the new music video that your boyfriend, Itadori, was going to be releasing in a few days.

Being Itadori's girlfriend and close with the members of his staff, you had gotten the exclusive opportunity to see the music video for the new album that was coming out very soon. All the long days he spent dedicated to making his dreams come true... you knew the final products would never capture it all, but you knew you would - and him - no matter what.

"Someone looks excited," Itadori said, walking back into the room with two mugs. Handing you one, you accepted it with a bright smile. "Did my manager give you a sneak peek while I was gone?"

You shook your head. "I wish! They set up the video on the laptop and told me to play it when I was ready. But I want to watch it with you here."

He pressed a kiss to your forehead.

"You're so cute," he murmured, pressing another kiss to your cheek. "Ready now?"

"If you are!" you chimed back.

With his nod of confirmation, you leaned forward to hit play before settling back into Itadori's arms to watch the video.

Mesmerized by the concept, aesthetics and the charm of Itadori, you watched wide eyed. The song and the video were beautiful. The attention to details and the camera angles were incredible. The lyrics and way he sang captured so many emotions, you couldn't help but be in awe at how talented your significant other was.

When the video finally ended, you were still trying to take in everything. If you had to describe it all, you didn't think the world had enough words to capture what you just witnessed.

Turning to Itadori, you were immediately met with his warm brown eyes.

"That was so amazing!" you exclaimed, bouncing in your seat. "I'm blown away with how incredible that was! You looked so handsome in the entire video and the song was beautiful! The fans are going to love it! Everyone is already so hyped for it, I know you won't disappoint!"

As you rambled on about Itadori's talent, he simply watched you with adoration. He loved seeing his fans react to his work, but seeing you react to it made his heart flutter more. Remembering this scene and recording it to his memories, he hoped his dorky smile wasn't on his face right now as he ran a hand through his Pink-Black hair. He always had a hard time keeping it hidden when you were around.

"So, you like it?" Itadori asked when you took a moment to breathe.

"I love it," you confirmed. "You know I love you and everything you do. Even if you weren't an idol, I would still love you."

The words resonated with Itadori as his smile continued to grow. Wrapping you up in his arms, he could feel your excitement still coming off in waves. The feeling was worth it - all those sleepless nights working on his songs - it was worth it because he now had time to spend with you.

"I love you too, y/n. I'm so lucky to have you in my life."

You giggled at his sweet words. Cuddling up close to listen to his heartbeat, you couldn't help but feel proud of Itadori. Being an idol, you knew he would always face criticism, so you wanted him to know how much you (and his fans) appreciated him too.

Shifting back slightly, you looked up at him excitedly. "Can we watch it one more time?"

Itadori chuckled.

"Anything for you, y/n."
