billie and i havent spoken all week. Ive seen her in class, the bags under her eyes are noticeable but you can tell she tries to cover them up with makeup. people may not notice it but i do. especially since ive never seen her with makeup on.
it makes her skin look different. she barely speaks a word in classes . when the teacher asks her a question she just stares at them until they uncomfortably clear their throat and continue the lesson.
i see her in the halls chatting it up with everyone. On her instagram she looks like she has been living her best life. sometimes i see zoe in the background. even though i should be mad about it. im not because i know its all fake.
ive been struggling with not speaking to her too. I basically cry myself to sleep every night. I have to play our videos that we have together just to go to sleep. i havent taken off the ring either. I miss hearing her laugh. I miss being able to kiss her whenever i felt like it. I miss her care and her touch. I miss her hugs. I miss her.
we're in our last class of the day and year even, french. i cant spend another day seeing her like this. we graduate tomorrow on the fourth, its on a saturday. I dont want a big day like that to be awkward for us. I took out my phone ,going to her contact. I simply texted her a moon emoji and slammed my phone on my desk. I flipped it face down like i just sent a risky text. I shifted in my seat, trying to look at billie without getting caught.
I seen her pick up her phone looking at her phone in confusion. She looked around the room until her eyes landed on me, i snapped my head back to the front. I felt my phone vibrate and i checked our thread, she sent the sun back. I smiled at my phone feeling content knowing shes not ignoring me. I turned around to look at her but her resting bitch face was stone cold causing my smile to fall.
was that text out of pity? does she really not miss me? all these questions ran through my head a million times and again. When the bell rang i rushed out of class, ignoring the teachers formal goodbyes.
I got into my car wiping the tears that i didnt even know were falling. I looked to the side of me and saw dragon right there. I just broke down into sobs. how can this be so one sided? I noticed everyone was spilling out the school so i cut my car on and drove off.
when i got home, i ran up into my room and just cried into my pillow. I was beginning to hyperventilate until i heard ma dre's voice telling me to calm down. So i took some deep breaths and did just that. I got in the shower and just decided to chill. after a couple of hours, I got a sudden appetite boost so i went downstairs in the kitchen. I grabbed a pickle and scooped some ice cream into a bowl.
as i was going up the stairs i passed papa. He looked at what i had in my hands and up at me. He just blinked his eyes shaking his head and continued to do what he was going to do. I went into my room and ate my snack. sweet and salty. why havent i thought about this before ? when i finished eating and watching the vampire diaries i fell fast asleep.

the graduation ceremony starts at like 12 or some shit. Its definetly like 11 right now though. im running so behind, i just woke up a while ago.
right now im peeing with the shower water on. when i was done i wiped myself and just hopped in.
after 10 minutes i got out. I did my hygiene and some makeup. I put on a white sundress and went to do my hair. I took my bonnet off, taking out the flexi rods. I brushed my hair out playing with the curls until i liked them.
I finished doing that and slid on my sandals grabbing my bag. I went downstairs into the kitchen to eat something. I didnt really have the appetite for all of that so i just made me a fruit salad and took a green drink my father made.
"You ready to go?" papa asked me coming downstairs.
"Yea im going to take my car though." i told him going to the door.
"alright , are you ok?"
"Im fine see you soon je t'aime." i rushed out heading out the door. I got in my car and drove off to my school.
when i got there i was ready to leave. the parking lot is packed with cars. I groaned looking for a parking spot. 15 minutes later i found one under a tree in the back. Amazing.
I got out of the car and went to the football field to look for my crew. I texted them and they told me to meet them closest to the stage, they saved my seat. As i was walking up i seen papa in an aisle seat. I walked up to him, he took my hand kissing it. i smiled at the gesture and walked up to my seat. I found them and took a seat. anyha is wearing a cute floral bodycon dress, kman has on some jeans and a graphic tee. I looked over at billie, she cute ig.
"hey bestiess! yall ready for this shit?!" i asked them getting hype.
"hell yea fuck this damn school." kman said.
after minutes of conversating the principle finally started calling up names. I was first of course, i went up to get my diploma. I laughed at my father, this man really made a whole sign for me.
kman walked up got his, anyha walked up and got hers then billie got hers. since our people were called up already, we decided to leave early.
we walked to the parking lot, "bae take my picture for me." anyha said handing me her phone. I took them and she started to take some of me.
"I did not ask you to do that." i chuckled. "I dont care you look cute. you better post these." she said sending them to my phone. I started to make my way to my car.
"you popping out tonight? Its posed to be a party happening." kman asked me.
"nah i got work." i said.
"well you tryna hang with us?" anyha asked me. I seen billie glance at me but look away.
"no i have to prepare for work tonight. I just stood around in heat for hours. my feet hurt and im tired." i explained unlocking the door getting in.
"ok well see you bestie love you."
"love yall." i said back, cutting my car on and pulling out. I waved bye while driving out the lot.
