its 12 pm on a sunday. billie was out all day doing whatever celebrities do. i think there was just a photoshoot and interviews today.
right now im just chilling with shark on the couch. eating cheetos while watching the news. i know i sound old but man them wildfires scared me. i check in with the news every once in a while. whether it be on tv, my phone or me asking papa.
i looked down at shark. hes giving me puppy eyes, nudging at the hand holding my chips. i sucked my teeth, "you can not have this back up." he stayed there but this time he started to paw at my hand. "aht aht no! stop doin that shit." i mugged him.
i went back to watching the news, ignoring his whines. the news anchor was starting to talk about breaking news so grew alert. i started to get frustrated with shark's pleads, "oh my fuck! you are so damn hard headed. cant even hear just shut up, here!" i threw 2 cheetos off the couch somewhere. He ran after the treats without any second thoughts.
"breaking news LA residents, there has been a series of break ins. sometimes there has been reports of theft but it has been breaking and entering. the trespasser has just been destroying valuable items of the home. if you catch this person in the act please be careful and cautious. theyre very impulsive and violent."
i didnt realize i was rubbing my belly until i looked down. i guess its a motherly instinct. of course these break ins would happen while in my most vulnerable states. ill be damned if somebody come in this hoe and wreck some shit.
its common sense to get a security system and cameras for the house. thats exactly what im going to do. im not going to pay for anything yet, ill talk to billie about it, we have to do things like this together.
i wanted to try ring but after scrolling on tiktok and google? hell no. people hacking these cameras will not be tormenting my kids right under my nose and get away with it.
ring needs to get on that immediately. ive heard you shouldnt get cameras that run off wifi? so thats where im starting my research.

i got so reeled in with the systems and cameras i had to get my laptop. i was bummed i had to walk upstairs to our room but i should be moving around more anyways. i actually need to be doing little stretches. not the shits anyha and billie wanted me to do before. hell no.
i actually been using my maternity yoga ball. anyha suggested it to me and it looked fun and easy so i agreed. i also do little ankle strengthening exercises and then billie massages them.
