recap "sorry! someones gotta help! my girlfriend shes in the back! help her please!" i cried to the nurses. i seen a bunch of people in scrubs rush out the automatic doors. one with a stretcher came up to the car. they all pulled her out the car and loaded her on top. they rolled her into the hospital, i was a crying mess.
i touched her hand one last time before everything went black. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "my sweet child, you have to wake up." i heard someone say. "come on. wake up for me." i felt a soft touch on my cheek. "you cant stay like this forever." i opened my eyes to see ma dre staring down at me.
"oh my precious baby. you scared me. you have to go now. your family needs you." she caressed me.
"but i need you." i cried grabbing her hand. "not as much as they do darling." she took her hand from my hand and kissed her pointer and middle finger. "its too soon baby. im not ready for you yet." she put her fingers on my forehead.
i opened my eyes to a bright ass light. trying to figure out where the hell i am without moving a muscle. i closed them back because of the pestering light in my direct eye line. the longer i stayed in silence the more everything started to come back to me.
I jumped up gasping for air. my head is on 10 right now, "BILLIE! wheres billie?!" i cried. i seen everyone come up to me. anyha screamed for a nurse. i felt someone hold me but i couldnt see who it was. "get off of me! where is she!" i screamed, pulling away.
i looked up at the person who was holding me and cried. "oh billie! youre ok oh my god youre ok!" i cried into her shirt. she just rubbed my back, shaking a bit from her sobs. "im ok angel. im here calm down for me." i pulled away to look at everyone. they look like they havent slept in days. "what the hell happened?" i asked.
"look who's awake! hello jhene. im doctor logan. how are you feeling?"
"my head is pounding. what happened? whats today?"
"i can give you something for that. but you were in a coma for 3 days. you fainted when you brung in this young lady right here."
"a com– oh my god." i sat up feeling my stomach. "its ok dear, your babies are fine."
"oh thank god– wait a minute.. babies?!?" i asked.
"oh yea i thought you knew.. youre having twin girls. congratulations." he told me.
"twins?! i thought it was one in there. its 2 of them mufuckas?" i asked. "and how do you know the gender already? I just found out a couple of days ago."
i turned to papa and billie, "thats why i came back earlier than expected. i was going to surprise you guys." billie wiped her eyes and crouched down kissing my forehead.
"yea youre having 2 girls. you're actually 4 months pregnant." i just choked on my own spit.
"how is that even possible?!? my belly just popped."
"it must be a hereditary thing. your mom was able to hide her pregnancy with you for about 5 to 6 months. then her belly started to grow out of nowhere. so i moved her out of her parents' house and we got an apartment together." papa shared. the doctor nodded and pointed to my father in agreement.
"well how was i still getting my period?"
"thats actually not supposed to happen. but the author wasnt using her brain. she forgot that that it wasnt possible to both bare a child and have a period at the same time. she says shes sorry about that so lets just pretend it never happened." he laughed.
"stupid ass author." (an: i know my bad damn.)
"well how are my babies? are they healthy?" i asked. i laid back rubbing my stomach. billie placed her hand on my stomach, moving her attention to the doctor.
"yea theyre doing just fine. you were getting pumped with vitamins and nutrients for them and yourself while you were out. your girls should be due in november. you can take the ultra sound when you get more energy to move around.'
"ok will do. thank you so much take care."
"i will send your nurse in for the pain medicine. have a nice rest of your day guys. if you have any questions ask me or the nurse." the doctor left out.
the minute the door closed i sat up, "where is she? where is that stupid crazy bitch? " i asked trying to get up. "that lil ass punch and bitch slap wasnt enough. i gotta knock her head off her shoulders."
"woah woah easy slow down." billie said pulling me back on the bed.
"i havent seen her but i got people looking out for her. i want her ass just as much as you do now. she got us both fucked up!" anyha told me with a stern pointed finger. i nodded my head at her. my bestie know wassup.
"calm yo ass down." kman said popping her knee.
"yea you too. you need to be stress free for my grandchildren. relax." papa instructed. i blew out a breath, "you see what she did though right ? she been doing stupid shit ever since i got here! when i drop these babies thats her ass i swear. and what happened to you? are you ok?" i asked billie looking up at her.
"im fine. the drug that she gave me had made me lose feeling in my legs. but i guess i had a reaction to it because it made my tics flare up. since i was stressed as fuck i started to seize. but im better now i swear. see look." billie walked around the room with a smile on her face.
"i want that bitch head yo." i sniffed wiping my tears. "hey calm down– dont tell me to calm down!" i shouted cutting my father off. he put his arms up in defense and slowly backed away.
he looked at me and smiled a bit, "i do not miss that shit. acting like her damn mother. billie get your girl. im gonna get us some tea." he laughed walking out the room.
when he walked out i stuck up my middle finger but billie slapped it down. i turned around and glared her. she jumped a bit putting her hands up and backed away too, "easy tiger."
