Whole night, Karan thought about how rudely he had behaved with his best friend even when he was speaking everything right. What he said was actually making sense.
Preeta had not only made him lovesick idiot but lifeless too. He had totally forgotten his early life. How he used to enjoy his player ways? How he was able to win a girl's heart by a single wink?
He turned to other side on the bed in frustration thinking why he was so unlucky to be loved by his first love. He had everything that he could provide to Preeta then why she wasn't interested in him. He had loved her so much that she should have except him by now but No, his faith in love was vanished now.
Finally, some strong emotions ran over his mind and he finally thought that it was all rubbish, all useless. He should not mourn over a middle class girl just because she was damn beautiful and pure like an angel. He shut his eyes immediately as he remembered her words.
"Can't you give me some time?"
She was playing with his feelings. She knew he would fulfill her demands because he loved her. But now, Karan had finally made up his mind that he will try to forget her now. She doesn't deserve his love.

"Yes, Uncle. I am sure. I saw her driving the car. My guess was right. She is really living here in Delhi."
The person on the other side was Mahesh Luthra as he answered Kabir.
"Then, try to find her college and about her life here. We need to know the updates."
Kabir ended the call soon after assuring his uncle that he will not let Karan know about this and will find the information. Kabir started getting dress up in casual clothes as he wanted to meet his friends in a restaurant. He wanted to ask Karan for a last time but remembering how he had reacted, he ditched the idea and came out of his room. He was leaving when Karan appeared in front of him in cool casual clothes. Kabir had some hope looking at him but he still didn't say anything.
"I am leaving. You can watch TV here or..."
But Karan cut him off by saying.
"I will join you."
Kabir immediately stopped rambling and looked suspiciously at Karan if he was joking. Karan only gave him a weak smile as he said while coming closer to hug him.
"You are a true best friend. I don't want to upset your stupid ass for a selfish girl."
But in his heart, Karan knew that Preeta was pure selfless girl. She was too innocent to be selfish. But what he had decided last night, he seriously wanted to change his environment now. Kabir smiled and patted his back.
"Finally, my ass of a friend has come back to his senses."
Both of the best friends, left the hotel to reach the restaurant for a little hangout with their old buddies who used to be his classmates in Chandigarh.

Preeta entered the dining room and greeted everyone sweetly. She sat beside Arjun and smiled at him.
"So, what's your plan for today, Preeta?"
Preeta's brother, Naveen asked her as he had planned something to make his sister comfortable with his friend. Preeta looked away from her plate to his brother as she raised her eyebrow in confusion.
