привет (Hello),

First of all, thank you so much for commenting, you have no idea how happy it makes me to log onto wattpad and see that I have notifications from my story. People like you are the ones to motivate authors to keep writing; and for that, thank you.

-*America POV*-

America looked at the time with a sigh. It was 8:56am. America knew he should start getting ready for the meeting, but instead, he kept scrolling randomly through his camera roll. Then, he came across a certain picture. The picture. The one that had started it all. He knew that he probably should have deleted it a while ago, but there was some strange force that was compelling him to keep it.

America looked at the picture of Russia and scoffed. "Just look at that stupid face," he muttered. "No wonder no one likes him."

He had been going through his phone for about 20 minutes, until he finally decided to start getting ready. The last thing America felt like doing was going to a UN meeting, but he would much rather go to the meeting than face the wrath of his father.

America got ready quickly, and once he was done, it was 9:32am, so, being the extremely responsible individual he was, he decided to leave a little early.

Just kidding. He went back onto his phone and continued scrolling.

Finally, a few minutes later, he decided to leave his house. To be honest, he was almost debating whether he should go or not, but something in his gut told him this meeting would be important, so he went. He just hoped that this wouldn't be a mistake.

On the drive there, He couldn't help but worry. What if Russia decided to finish what he had started? Was he still upset? America hoped he didn't come at all. He knew it was a futile hope; UN had said that this meeting was important, but America couldn't help but hope that Russia wouldn't attend at all. But, as proven by the last few days, luck certainly wasn't on his side.

Once America got there, it was exactly 10:00am. But, being America, he waited in his car for another minute, just to make UN upset. Once the clock had hit 10:01, he had walked out of his car and into the building.

Upon entering, he was greeted by UN. "Hello, America," he nodded, "Glad to see you are only a minute late today," he said wryly. America could feel the gaze of every country, excluding Russia and a few others, burning into his back as he walked to his seat. Canada, who was seated next to him, gave him a sympathetic look.
