The moment Hye-wol gained her consciousness, the first thing that hit her was the excruciating pain spreading all over head and it was the most brutal headache she ever had despite having her fair share of headaches due to exhausting her remaining brain cells. She rolls over the bed, burying her face on the soft pillow when a wave of nausea rolls over her body. Her nose started to burn so she forced her eyes to open, sitting up on the bed Wait—what bed? There wasn't a bed in Hyo-san?!

She ignores the terrible sickness she feels, roaming her eyes around the room to assess the situation. At the same time, everything that happened flashes on her mind, reminding her of what’s really happening.

She’s in a room. It was mostly empty aside from the bed she’s sitting at, a cabinet pushed to the wall and a couch. There wasn’t even a window nor any source of light aside from the night light beside the bed and probably the light bulb hanging on the ceiling.

Immediately, she forces herself to swing her leg over the bed, her bare feet touching the warm carpeted floor. The moment she stood up, however, she felt her knees buckle and her body sways. Maybe it was the effect of the drug or maybe it was because she’s clumsy but the next thing she knew was laying face first on the ground with a loud thud. Thanks the goddesses because the floor was carpeted so it softens her fall.

She heard the series of heavy footfalls even before she saw them. Wu-jin was the first person to slam the door open and enter the room, rushing towards her to bring her back to the bed, “My poor Hye-wol, don’t worry. I’m here.” he starts caressing her head, cooing at her like she’s a child.

Hye-wol’s instinct was to cringe and push the lad away, just in time to see the others walking inside the room, worry lacing their expression. They look clean, no traces of blood nor stained clothes. They were not in their school uniform anymore, they were wearing casual clothes.

“Get off!” she snapped.

However, no one even looks taken aback. On-jo walks towards the bed, sitting beside Wu-jin to brush a piece of hanging hair behind Hye-wol’s ear, “Are you okay, Hye-wol ah?”

Hye-wol slapped On-jo's hand away from her face, glaring daggers at the girl, “Okay? If I drugged you to knock you off, would you be okay?” she sarcastically asks,

“I’m sorry, Hye-wol,” Cheong-san really looks like he regrets everything, “We knew you'd freak out so before you could run away from us again and possibly get yourself killed, we have to do something.”

“We fucking have an agreement! I was fine following you guys in exchange of not killing anyone!” Hye-wol exasperated, “Dae-su’s your friend!” She then turned to Wu-jin and Joon-yeong, “Your best friend!”

“Now, now, pet. You sound really hot when you swear but it doesn’t suit you.” Gwi-nam pointed out which made Hye-wol’s glare shift to him.

“I’m not your pet nor no one’s. If you want a pet, go to a pet store!” Hye-wol snapped at him, “And you don’t have the fucking rights to tell what fucking suit me or what fucking not. I’ll fucking curse whenever I fucking want.”

Su-hyeok didn’t mean it but he wasn’t able to help but stifle his laugh, seeing Gwi-nam slightly flinch at every point on Hye-wol’s statement. Seeing the bully flinch because of a small girl is really hilarious. But alas, no one should really overlook what a small girl could do. Examples given, Nam-ra and On-jo.

However, his stifled laugh made Hye-wol to glare at him next, “What’s funny, you fucking murderer.”

Su-hyeok’s expression fell, “I’m so sorry, my dove. They tried taking you away from me. I have to kill them.”
