🎇Chapter Eleven🎇

The next day.

Sam is in our bathroom currently getting dressed for a fancy, dressy lunch. Why? I have no idea because it's  Brennen's idea. He wants all of have a fancy lunch because he just open a brand new restaurant and he wants us to try it. Promise Jake that I can question Brennen about whether he's cheating on him or what is going on. But planning if I can talk to him later privately, so I won't start any 'drama'.

I was standing in front of the full-length mirror as I was putting my necklace on. Wearing a black button-up shirt, black ripped jeans with a nice pair of dark shoes. It was simply because I don't have enough 'fancy' nice clothes. After all, I couldn't afford them. Hoping it's good enough. Let out a breathy air escape from my mouth as I fixed my faded blue hair. Geez... I need some do some retouching. Maybe, I can redye or get a different color when I get back home.

"You look good, lover boy." A sweet but soft voice said to me behind me, making me turn around to see who it was.

Makes my breath away to see how beautiful he is since the outfit suits him very well. He is wearing a Royal Blue Chiffon two pieces short dress, it fits his figure so perfectly. Once he spins for me, I saw the top has a backless but four straps made a two X. I don't know, It's really hard to explain but that dress looks stunning on him. "You look gorgeous, Sammy!" I smiled as grabbed his hand once I spin him around.

"Why, thank you!!" He smiled as he giggled when I gently pulled him closer. "I forgot to bring something fancy because I didn't know if we dressed something dressy. BUT it good thing Tara and I have the same size, and a good thing Kat can sew. Tara told me, she had this about a couple of years ago but she has never worn it anymore. She brought it because she knows that I could wear it!!"

"The color looks really good on you." I laughed slightly because he's so adorable. "Shall we?"

"Mmm, yes." He leans in to kiss me on the lips, making me smile through it.

"One more?" I asked once he pulled away.

He smiled before he gave me a small peck while putting his hands on my cheeks. I decided to mess with him until he started to notice or he told me that we had to get going before we were late.

"One more?" Trying my hardest not to laugh once he pulled away.

He kisses me again as I hold him by the waist, so we can be a little bit closer.

"One more?" I asked once he pulled away.

He kissed me again.

"One more?" I smiled widely once he pulled away.

"Colby!!!" Sam giggled as he playfully slapped my chest cause he noticed that I'm only messing with him. His small hands keep on my chest while he looks at me smiling. "You're so annoying."

"Mmm. I'm aware." I laughed. "But for real, one more."

He playfully rolled his eyes before he kissed my cheek. "Let's go!! Before we're late!!" He took my hand and let him drag me to the door.

When we finally arrived. Saw our group sitting in their chair while their partners faced each other. Except for Kevin, Tara, and Kat because they're both singles, their sit together but it's alright. As long we stick together as friends because it's their vacation too. They all wearing very fancy outfits, just like everyone else in the restaurant. I'm glad that we're not the only one because it's very elegant.

Me and Sam are sitting together as we're facing each other, feeling kinda awkward because we're the only ones who are late trying to keep our straight faces because some of our friends are looking at us, including Brennen who's sitting next to me while he's smirking. That's just him teasing me that 'I'm getting some' because Sam is my best friend.

Have to say that he's my friend because we haven't made an official yet. Lots of happening with Sam about his past, I was thinking about having a little special moment with him, just the two of us for the reason that I like him. I like him more than a friend. But I have no idea if he ever liked me as more than a friend, from my point of view is that he seems to consider me as a flirty friend. Flirty friendship perhaps. But I will take my chances.

But tonight, I have everything planned out for a surprise date for just two of us, but of course, had a little some helpers. Jake glanced at him who was talking to Kevin, he wants to talk to him but he seemed don't know how. I promise him that I can talk to Brennen for him, to see what's going on. But I need to find a way to make an excuse for talking to him.

From Brennen👻: Hey, man. Meet me outside the bathroom because I need to tell you something.

To Brennen: Okay

That was easy.

Brennen told everyone that he was going to the restroom. Maybe that's my only chance to be alone with him, so I can talk to him. He gets up before he kissed his boyfriend on his cheek, and walks away. Jake seems a little bit intense but he quickly puts on his fake smile as he continues to sip his water. He doesn't want anyone to worry about him or cause any drama. He looked at me begging me if I could talk to Brennen for him.

Slightly nod to him before I excuse myself for 'calling' my parents, to make sure they are alright. But really, I just need to speak to Brennen, to make sure he doesn't do anything stupid that he might regret. I mean... I don't know about his past relationships before Jake because I didn't ask and don't want to make them feel awkward between them. Walking toward the restaurant area is a kinda long way but it's better because no one wants to sit near the bathroom.

Finally, when I get there. Leaning against the wall once I crossed my arms while I was waiting for Brennen to speak. "Okay, Brennen. Do you got it?"

"Yeah, man! It's alright right here." He patted his jacket. "Thought about tonight is the perfect night to do it."
