The weirdness continued, there were heart shaped boxes of their favorite snacks just hidden in the right place. There was only one conclusion, it must have been that crazed Petty shipper that paired them together.
Then they both decided to talk to each other about this.
Black Hat called over Flug, by this I mean actually called him over. He yelled, "Dr. Flug!" And everything. They met in the the office of Mr. Villain PROTAGONIST, and began to talk about the issue at hand. Me. "We need to get rid of this pest." The top hat started. The doctor reminded him, "We can't! You've seen her! She can defeat you and 5hat makes her a threat to us, our whole business in fact!!" A black glove slapped him across the face.
The Villain PROTAGONIST spat, "Flug! Get a hold of yourself!! She only wants us to kiss, she's a pathetic little parasite at worst. We can handle this. We can out think her. We only need a plan!"
The scientist got an idea, he told his boss, "Boss, if we pretend to date each other then she'll leave us alone!" The supervillain patted his back a little too hard, he laughed out loud, "EXCELLENT IDEA DOCTOR!!" Then he gave it a little bit more thought, "But there's one problem. I can't pretend to date you forever, or even the short term that is your life, I have a reputation to keep."
Flugsly suggested, "We only need to pretend to date until she leaves us alone. No longer, believe me, I hate this as much as you." The Eldritch Horror gave a short sigh as he spoke under his breath, "I doubt you could hate anything as much as I hate this." Yet they began their fake dating.
By kissing, Black Hat begin the kiss by wrapping a tentacle around Flug and pulling him in. He hated it but knew that his scientist couldn't start the kiss himself as the shorter man was shy. That's when I walked in. I spoke up then, "Oh! Seems I don't need to do anything." Then I left immediately.
