Wilbur is Tommy's caregiver, and makes a playlist for them both

Wilbur couldn't help but smile, he and Tommy were going to spend the day together, Philza had already confirmed that Tommy had been little since he'd woken up, so Wilbur decided it would be the best time to surprise Tommy.
He'd made a playlist for the both of them, putting in Disney songs, and others, knowing some of Tommy's favourite songs were from Disney.

Techno dropped Tommy off and left with a smile, sitting the little down one the sofa he made grabby hands at the older. Smiling and ruffling his hair Wilbur sat down in front of Tommy.
"Bud, I made a thing," Wilbur explained gently, Tommy tilting his head like a confused dog.
"I made a playlist for us." Wilbur said with a warm smile, Tommy was evidently happy, clapping and giggling.
"Alexa! Play the playlist, 'kiddo'!" Wilbur said with a smile.
"Playing your playlist 'Kiddo'." The Alexa announced and the music started playing. Making Tommy happier.
The two spent the day listening to the playlist and having fun.
I think you could call it a good day.
