"So in conclusion, having seen the atrocities of Louria, and the potential impact it would have on the livelihoods of the European people since these Lourians are unwilling to listen to reason, As chancellor, having considered the alternatives, have no option but to ask that the Council gives assent to this declaration of war," said Chancellor Norman, as he finished his speech.

The council was probably going to be unanimous in their support.
