CHAPTER 34

THE BRAWL

               "Finally I am back to myself and that's it now I am done playing around with you, your chapter ends here." Yoongi said as he brought his fangs close to my neck.

"Let him go, Yoongi!" Jungkook shouted at his brother for one last time while kicking and trying to break the shield.

"As you say, brother." Yoongi turned around at Jungkook with a smirk present on his face. While keeping the eye-contact with Jungkook he threw me onto the cave wall with his vampire force that I fell with a grunt and heard the cracking of bones. My head began spinning and blood flow out from my nose and mouth.

Yoongi came to me with vampire speed and pulled me up while grabbing my throat with his tight grip; he began chocking me as I tried to get his hands off while gasping for air. Jungkook kept screaming for him to leave me alone.

"Don't worry I am not going to kill you so easily, I would satisfy all my needs with you and would make you my very personal slave." Yoongi said, I felt disgust with him, and turned my face aside.

"Just kill me already, you fucker!" I said groaning in pain.

"If that's what you wish for." He pressed his sharp claws into my flesh so harshly that it burnt which made me screamed in agony but minutes later a very strong force send everyone flying down on the ground.

The whole cave rumbled loudly, the dark cloudy mist faded, making everything visible once again. The death stone broke into tiny pieces and the layer of the shield that kept me captivated broke as well.

Jungkook got up from the ground and came to me and held me in his arms, drops of blood from my mouth and nose fell on Jungkook's shirt as dark red stains took place onto his shirt, "Tae! I am so sorry."

Yoongi got up too and glanced at the stone and then at us with quite a pissed off look, Jungkook held me tightly, shielding me from Yoongi, "Seriously which one of you did that?"

His eyes drifted to Jennie, "You did, isn't that so?"

Jennie scoffed, "Are you blind? Didn't you see 'he' did that you idiot." She said as she pointed at me. Jungkook and I frowned.

"Me?! I did that?" I asked while pointing my index finger onto me.

"Mm yeah duh!" She said as if it was obvious.

"What rubbish are you saying, how could I produce a force like that!" I said not believing her words.

"Believe me or not, I saw the force coming right out of you." Jennie said nonchalantly.

"I won't let this go so easily; I will make sure that you pay for this!" Yoongi said as he shook his head in horror, seemed afraid of something. He took his steps backward as he opened the portal and left the cave.

Min Yoongi, The Lord of the vampires afraid of something, well that's new. After Yoongi vanished into thin air, I glanced at Jennie.

"That was a white lie, right?" I said to which she rolled her eyes.

"Oof! I am not lying, can't you feel the difference in you by yourself." She said, "Close your eyes and try to concentrate and you will feel the difference in you."

As I closed my eyes I felt some strong force flowing in my bones, I can no longer feel the pain in my broken bones as they were fixed like a newborn.

"Is-Is this because of the death stone?" I stuttered as I couldn't believe what is happening to me, "Wait I was already an immortal because of the life stone, ugh...this is so confusing."

"It has nothing to do with these stupid stones," Jennie said while shaking her head, "It was you."

"Unbelievable!" Jungkook said as he glanced at my face while his eyes glistened a bit but he blinked furiously and brushed it off.

"When I first saw you at my door, I felt the magic in your bones." Jennie said to me, her eyes went to Jungkook and she sighed, "Anyways I'll get going, if you get in need of me anytime in future; you know where to find me."

With that Jennie left the cave too leaving me and Jungkook behind.

"What's wrong, Jungkook?" I asked him as he was looking at the ground with sorrow; he shook his head to himself and gazed at me.

"It's nothing, Tae!" Jungkook said as he faked a smile at me, "It's just every time I think I won't let any harm come to you but I always fail in doing so...just like today, just like two thousand years ago."

I rubbed his hand and said, "It's fine Jungkook, you don't have to blame yourself every time I get myself in some trouble!"

"Besides... I always get in trouble." I smiled at him to glint in my eyes to lift up the atmosphere, "Also, 'let him go' for real Jungkook?"

He chuckled softly and shook his head, "You were injured a while ago and here you are interrogating."

"That reminds me..." I began as something click in my mind, "What were you two gossip girls were about?"

"Huh?" He asked confusedly.

"I meant you and Jennie." I said with a sarcastic smile.

He snorted, "Ha ha very funny."

"And about that..." I gasped as he brought out the golden delicate bracelet which had 'Tae and Kook' written on it from his pocket, it is the same bracelet that he gave to Jennie in order to come with us, "This bracelet...but Jennie-!"

"She returned it to me," Jungkook said, "She was asking me am I in love with you or something."

And that whole thing made sense when she whispered and Jungkook followed her in the passageway, guess it was to return the bracelet.

"I was supposed to give you this after our wedding but things didn't went accordingly and I never got the chance to give it to you." Jungkook said as he brought the bracelet on my wrist and locked it making me wear it, he looked in my eyes, "I know things doesn't ever go our way but no matter what always remember this thing that no one can take your place from my heart ever, Taehyung."

My eyes glistened as a tear slide down my cheek and I looked away, "I have always loved you Taehyung, and I always will."

"Please come back with me Tae, the force in you that was suppressed from a very long time is released now and sooner or later you would need to control it." He said, I breathed out as a stutter; I took long intake of air.

"Give me some time to think, Jungkook." I said while not making an eye contact with him, he looked down and nodded.

"Alright, I will wait outside and when you make your decision let me know."

With that he got up and left the cave.

I was left alone in the cave, the moment Jungkook left the cave I broke down in tears until I calmed down. I wiped off the traces of any tear from my face.

"Well that was quite a show." I got startled at the sudden voice, "Here, you would need this."

I looked up from the ground and saw Daehyun standing there in front of me holding a handkerchief out for me to take.

"What are you doing here now!?" I said with sudden rage at him and shook away his hand, "All of the stones are destroyed and now you don't need to spy on me."

He chuckled at that, "Do you think destroying the stones would save you from your destiny, and if you do then it would be so stupid because no one can stop you from reaching what you are destined for."

I glanced at him in confusion.

"This isn't over yet, Taehyung." Daehyun said as he shook his head in amusement and added, "Infect it has just began, my friend."

"What do you mean by this has just begun?" I asked with narrowed eyes as he chuckled once more and with that he disappeared into thin air, leaving me alone in the cave again, I shouted at him, "Hey! Come back here!"
